Description
Claims (6)
- 탄소나노입자를 강산용액에 분산시킨 다음, 상기 강산용액을 소정 온도로 가열하면서 활류시켜 상기 탄소나노입자를 탄소나노튜브로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 탄소나노입자는 레이저 가열법 또는 전기방전법으로 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 강산용액은 질산용액, 황산용액 및, 인산용액 중 어느 하나인 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 강산용액은 대략 30 wt% 농도를 가지도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 탄소나노입자를 상기 질산용액의 대략 1 wt%가 되도록 분산시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 소정온도는 약 110도 내지 140도인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소나노튜브 제조방법.
