Claims (4)
- (Ⅰ) 에틸렌 또는, 에틸렌과 다른 α-올레핀을 중합하여 α-올레핀 함량이 30 중량% 이하이고, 고유점도[η]가 하기 에틸렌 중합체(ⅱ)의 고유점도의 1.5배 이상이고 1 내지 12㎗/g의 범위인 에틸렌 중합체(ⅰ)을 제조하는 단계; 및,(Ⅱ) 에틸렌 또는, 에틸렌과 다른 α-올레핀을 중합하여 α-올레핀 함량이 15 중량% 이하이고 고유 점도 [η]가 0.3 내지 3 ㎗/g 인 에틸렌 중합체(ⅱ)를 제조하는 단계로 이루어지며,상기, 단계(Ⅰ) 및 단계(Ⅱ)는 (a) 액체 마그네슘 화합물을 (c) 유기규소 화합물 또는 유기규소 알루미늄 화합물의 존재하에 (b) 액체 티타늄 화합물과 접촉시켜 수득한 고체 티타늄 촉매성분을 함유한 에틸렌 중합촉매를 사용하고,여기서, 단계(Ⅱ)를 단계(Ⅰ)에서 수득한 에틸렌 중합체(ⅰ)의 존재하에 행하거나, 단계(Ⅰ)을 단계(Ⅱ)에서 수득한 에틸렌 중합체(ⅱ)의 존재하에 행하여, 고유점도[η]가 1 내지 6 ㎗/g 이고, 밀도가 0.94 g/㎤ 이상인 에틸렌 중합체 조성물을 제조하는 에틸렌 중합체 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 단계 (I) 및 단계 (II)는 각각 슬러리 중합에 의해 행함을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌 중합체 조성물의 제조방법.
- ASTM D 1238E에 따라 190℃에서 측정한 용융흐름속도가 0.0001 내지 0.5 g/10min 이고, 분자량분포(Mw/Mn)가 20 내지 45인 에틸렌 중합체 조성물로 되고, 하기 식으로 구한 입자크기 분포지수가 1.1 내지 2.0이고:입자크기 분포지수 = (중합체 D84/ 중합체 D16)1/2(상기 식에서, 중합체 D16은 에틸렌 중합체 조성물의 전체 입자의 16 중량%가 체질될 수 있을 때(sieved) 얻어진 입자 직경이고, 중합체 D84는 에틸렌 중합체 조성물의 전체 입자의 84 중량%가 체질될 수 있을 때 얻어진 입자 직경이다),벌크 밀도가 0.30 내지 0.45 g/㎖이며,유동성 지수가 45 내지 90인 제1항 또는 제2항의 제조 방법에 의하여 수득되는 에틸렌 중합체 조성물의 입자.
- 작은 게이지 변동 및 우수한 인열강도를 가지는 제 3항의 에틸렌 중합체 조성물의 입자로부터 수득 된 필름.
