Description
Claims (6)
- 주사신호선과 데이터신호선을 갖는 화상표시장치의 상기 데이터신호선에, 입력된 디지털 화상신호를 D/A 변환하여 얻어지는 아날로그 화상신호를 전압 폴로워를 통해, 인접하는 상기 데이터신호선끼리의 소정 전압에 대한 전압극성이 반전함과 동시에, 동일한 상기 데이터신호선의 상기 전압극성이 소정 주기마다 반전하는 극성관계로 출력하는 데이터신호선 구동회로에 있어서,상기 전압극성의 정극성용 D/A 변환회로와 정극성용 전압 폴로워를 포함하는 정극성 계통과, 부극성용 D/A 변환회로와 부극성용 전압 폴로워를 포함하는 부극성 계통이, 연속하는 3개 이상의 소정 개수의 상기 데이터신호선을 1조로 하여 각 조에 대하여 1개씩 제공되고,정극성용과 부극성용의 상기 전압 폴로워의 각각의 전원전압 범위가 정극성/부극성 겸용의 전압 폴로워의 전원전압 범위의 고전압측의 반, 저전압측의 반이며,입력되는 상기 각 디지털 화상신호를 상기 극성관계를 만족하도록 상기 정극성 계통과 상기 부극성 계통에 1주사기간으로 분할하여 선택입력하는 선택회로; 및상기 각각의 전압 폴로워의 출력신호가 대응하는 상기 데이터신호선의 순서로 병렬로 출력되도록 경로를 절환하는 절환회로를 포함하는 데이터신호선 구동회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정극성 계통과 상기 부극성 계통은 연속하는 소정 짝수 개의 상기 데이터신호선을 1조로 하여 각 조에 대하여 1개씩 제공되는 데이터신호선 구동회로.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 정극성 계통과 상기 부극성 계통이 상기 주사신호선 방향으로 인접하는 RGB의 3개의 부화소로 구성되는 화소 2개 분의 상기 데이터신호선을 1조로 하여 각 조에 대하여 1개씩 제공되는 데이터신호선 구동회로.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 주사기간은 상기 R의 부화소에 대응하여 제공된 제1 주사기간, 상기 G의 부화소에 대응하여 제공된 제2 주사기간, 및 상기 B의 부화소에 대응하여 제공된 제3 주사기간으로 분할되어 있음과 동시에,상기 각 조의 절환회로는, 상기 제1 주사기간에는 R의 부화소에 출력신호를 출력하며, 상기 제2 주사기간에는 G의 부화소에 출력신호를 출력하고, 상기 제3 주사기간에는 B의 부화소에 출력신호를 출력하는 데이터신호선 구동회로.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 데이터신호선 구동회로; 및상기 데이터신호선 구동회로의 출력신호가 대응하는 상기 데이터신호선에 출력되도록 상기 절환회로의 출력단자와 상기 데이터신호선의 접속경로를 절환하는 디멀티플렉서를 포함하는 화상표시장치.
- 제4항에 기재된 데이터신호선 구동회로; 및상기 제1 주사기간에는 상기 절환회로의 각각의 출력단자를 R의 부화소에 대한 데이터신호선에 접속하며, 상기 제2 주사기간에는 대응 출력단자를 G의 부화소에 대한 데이터신호선에 접속하고, 상기 제3 주사기간에는 대응 출력단자를 B의 부화소에 대한 데이터신호선에 접속하도록 접속경로를 절환하는 디멀티플렉서를 포함하는 화상표시장치.
