Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 기판 상에 매트릭스 상으로 정의된 다수의 화소영역과;상기 일 방향으로 이웃한 화소 영역의 일 측을 지나 연장 형성된 게이트 배선과;상기 게이트 배선과 수직하게 교차하고, 상기 게이트 배선이 지나는 부분과 평행하지 않은 화소영역의 타측을 지나 연장 형성된 데이터 배선에 있어서,상기 화소영역의 안쪽으로 구성되는 데이터 배선과;상기 게이트 배선과 데이터 배선의 교차지점에 구성되고, 게이트 전극과 액티브층과 소스 전극과 드레인 전극을 포함하는 박막트랜지스터와;상기 드레인 전극과 접촉하면서 화소영역에 구성되고, 화소영역을 지나는 데이터 배선을 모두 덮는 반사전극과;상기 평행하게 이웃한 화소영역에 각각 구성된 반사전극의 이격영역에 대응하여 구성된 패턴드 스페이서를 포함하는 반사형 액정표시장치용 어레이기판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 데이터 배선은 기판의 일 끝단에서 제 1 라인과 제 2 라인으로 나누어져, 수평방향으로 이웃한 화소 영역을 각각 지나 수직하게 연장되도록 구성된 반사형 액정표시장치용 어레이기판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 서로 평행하게 이웃한 화소영역을 지나는 데이터 배선의 길이는 동일하게 구성되는 반사형 액정표시장치용 어레이기판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 게이트 배선은 게이트 전극과 연결되고, 상기 데이터 배선은 상기 소스 전극과 연결되도록 구성된 반사형 액정표시장치용 어레이기판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반사전극은 은(Ag)과 알루미늄(Al)과 알루미늄 합금을 포함하는 반사율이 뛰어난 도전성 금속그룹 중 선택된 하나로 구성된 반사형 액정표시장치용 어레이기판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반사전극은 화소영역에 대응하는 부분이 요철형상인 반사형 액정표시장치용 어레이기판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 패턴드 스페이서는 네가티브 특성을 가지는 감광성 유기막인 반사형 액정표시장치용 어레이기판.
- 기판 상에 매트릭스상으로 화소영역을 정의하는 단계와;상기 일 방향으로 이웃한 화소 영역의 일 측을 지나 수평방향으로 연장되도록 게이트 배선을 형성하는 단계와;상기 게이트 배선과 수직하게 교차하도록, 상기 게이트 배선이 지나는 부분과 평행하지 않는 화소영역의 타측을 지나 연장 되도록 데이터 배선을 형성하는 단계에 있어서,상기 화소영역의 안쪽으로 데이터 배선을 형성하는 단계와;상기 게이트 배선과 데이터 배선의 교차지점에 게이트 전극과 액티브층과 소스 전극과 드레인 전극을 포함하는 박막트랜지스터를 형성하는 단계와;상기 드레인 전극과 접촉하면서 화소영역에 구성되고, 화소영역을 지나는 데이터 배선을 모두 덮는 반사전극 형성하는 단계와;상기 반사전극이 형성된 기판의 전면에 네가티브 포토레지스트를 도포하여, 감광성 유기막을 형성하는 단계와;상기 기판의 하부에서 상기 유기막으로 빛을 조사하여 노광하고 현상하여, 상기 반사전극의 사이 영역에 대응하여 패턴드 스페이서를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 반사형 액정표시장치용 어레이기판 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 데이터 배선은 기판의 일 끝단에서 제 1 라인과 제 2 라인으로 나누어져, 수평방향으로 이웃한 화소 영역을 각각 지나 수직하게 연장되도록 형성된 반사형 액정표시장치용 어레이기판 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 서로 평행하게 이웃한 화소영역을 지나는 데이터 배선의 길이는 동일하도록 형성된 반사형 액정표시장치용 어레이기판 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 게이트 배선은 게이트 전극과 연결되고, 상기 데이터 배선은 상기 소스전극과 연결되도록 형성된 반사형 액정표시장치용 어레이기판 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 반사전극은 은(Ag)과 알루미늄(Al)과 알루미늄 합금을 포함하는 반사율이 뛰어난 도전성 금속그룹 중 선택된 하나로 형성된 반사형 액정표시장치용 어레이기판 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 반사전극은 화소영역에 대응하는 부분이 요철형상인 반사형 액정표시장치용 어레이기판 제조방법.
