Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 서로 대향되게 배치된 제 1, 2 기판과;상기 제 1, 2 기판 사이에 개재된 액정층과;상기 제 1 기판 상에 서로 교차되게 형성된 게이트 배선 및 데이터 배선과;상기 게이트 배선 및 데이터 배선이 교차되는 영역은 화면을 구현하는 최소 단위인 서브픽셀 영역으로 정의되고, 상기 서브픽셀 단위로 게이트 배선 및 데이터 배선이 교차되는 지점에 형성되며, 게이트 전극, 반도체층, 소스 전극 및 드레인 전극으로 이루어진 박막트랜지스터와;상기 박막트랜지스터를 덮는 영역에 형성되며, 상기 서브픽셀 영역에서 형성된 다수 개의 요철형 패턴을 포함하는 제 1 보호층과;상기 제 1 보호층 상부 전면에 위치하며, 상기 요철형 패턴의 요철 형상을 대응되게 가지고, 광차단성 물질로 이루어진 제 2 보호층과;상기 제 2 보호층 상부에 위치하며, 상기 제 1, 2 보호층의 요철 형상을 대응되게 가지는 요철형 반사층을 포함하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 보호층을 이루는 물질은 광학밀도가 3 이상인 물질에서 선택되는 액정표시장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 보호층을 이루는 물질은 블랙 레진인 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반사 전극을 덮는 영역에 형성되는 평탄화막을 추가로 포함하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 보호층은 박막트랜지스터 및 데이터 배선을 덮는 영역을 포함하여 형성되는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 보호층은 게이트 배선 및 데이터 배선 그리고, 박막트랜지스터를 덮는 영역을 포함하여 형성되는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 기판 내부면에는 컬러필터, 공통 전극이 차례대로 형성되어 있는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1, 2 보호층에는, 상기 드레인 전극을 일부 노출시키는 드레인 콘택홀을 가지며, 상기 반사층은 상기 드레인 콘택홀을 통해 드레인 전극과 연결되는 반사 전극인 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반사층은, 상기 서브픽셀 영역 내 위치하는 독립된 패턴인 반사판이며, 상기 반사판 상부에는 층간 절연막을 포함하며, 상기 층간절연막, 제 1, 2 보호층에는 상기 드레인 전극을 일부 노출시키는 드레인 콘택홀을 가지고, 상기 층간절연막 상부에는 드레인 콘택홀을 통해 드레인 전극과 연결되는 투명 전극이 추가로 포함되는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1, 2 기판을 구비하는 단계와;상기 제 1 기판 상에 서로 교차되게 게이트 배선 및 데이터 배선을 형성하는 단계와;상기 게이트 배선 및 데이터 배선이 교차되는 영역은 서브픽셀 영역으로 정의되고, 상기 서브픽셀 단위로 게이트 배선 및 데이터 배선이 교차되는 지점에 박막트랜지스터를 형성하는 단계와;상기 박막트랜지스터를 덮는 영역에 제 1 유기물질을 이용하여 제 1 유기물질층을 형성하는 단계와;상기 제 1 유기물질층을 사진식각, 용융, 경화처리하여, 상기 서브픽셀 영역에서 요철 패턴을 가지는 제 1 보호층을 형성하는 단계와;싱기 제 1 보호층 상부에 광차단성 물질로 이루어지며, 상기 요철형 패턴의 요철 형상과 대응되는 패턴 구조를 가지는 제 2 보호층을 형성하는 단계와;상기 제 2 보호층 상부에 요철형 반사층을 형성하는 단계와;상기 제 1, 2 기판 사이에 액정층을 개재하는 단계를 포함하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
