Description
Claims (12)
- 감광체상에 정전잠상을 형성하는 레이저 빔을 검출하여 정전잠상이 맺히는 시작위치를 동기시키기 위한 동기신호를 발생하는 레이저 빔 검출 센서를 포함하는 광주사장치의 동기신호 검출장치에 있어서,레이저 빔을 발생하는 광원에서 상기 레이저 빔 검출 센서까지 레이저 빔 검출 경로를 구성하도록 상기 감광체상에 정전잠상을 형성하는 레이저 빔 경로의 중간에 배치되어 상기 감광체상으로 진행하는 레이저 빔의 일부를 포커싱하여 상기 레이저 빔 검출 센서의 감지영역으로 반사하는 하나의 포커싱 렌즈를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동기신호 검출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 포커싱 렌즈는,반사면을 형성한 일면; 및상기 반사면에 상기 감광체상으로 진행하는 레이저 빔의 일부를 입사하는 입사면과 상기 반사면에서 반사되는 레이저 빔을 상기 레이저 빔 검출 센서의 감지영역으로 출사하는 출사면을 형성한 타면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동기신호 검출장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 반사면은 평면 및 실린더면 형상 중의 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동기신호 검출장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 입사면은 구면 및 실린더면 형상 중의 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동기신호 검출장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 출사면은 구면 및 실린더면 형상 중의 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동기신호 검출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 레이저 빔 검출 경로는 상기 광원에서 방출된 레이저 빔을 편향시키는 광 편향기에서 편향된 레이저 빔의 오차를 보정하는 주사렌즈를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동기신호 검출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 레이저 빔 검출 경로는 상기 광원에서 방출된 레이저 빔을 편향시키는 광 편향기에서 편향된 레이저 빔의 오차를 보정하는 주사렌즈를 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 동기신호 검출장치.
- 감광체상에 정전잠상을 형성하는 레이저 빔의 일부경로 상에 배치된 반사미러, 상기 반사미러에서 반사되는 레이저 빔을 포커싱하는 레이저 빔 검출 렌즈, 및 상기 레이저 빔 검출 렌즈를 통과한 레이저 빔을 검출하여 정전잠상이 맺히는 시작위치를 일정하게 동기시키기 위한 동기신호를 발생하는 레이저 빔 검출 센서를 포함하는 광주사장치의 동기신호 검출장치에 있어서,상기 반사 미러와 상기 레이저 빔 검출 렌즈는 서로 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 동기신호 검출장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 반사 미러는 상기 레이저 빔 검출 렌즈의 일면에 부착되며;상기 레이저 빔 검출 렌즈의 타면은 상기 반사 미러에 레이저 빔을 입사하는 입사면과 상기 반사 미러에서 반사되는 레이저 빔을 상기 레이저 빔 검출 센서의 감지영역으로 출사하는 출사면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동기신호 검출장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 반사 미러는 평면 및 실린더면 형상 중의 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동기신호 검출장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 입사면은 구면 및 실린더면 형상 중의 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동기신호 검출장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 출사면은 구면 및 실린더면 형상 중의 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동기신호 검출장치.
