Claims (94)
- 전원으로부터, 내부벽을 갖는 중공 해부 구조로 에너지를 인가하는 장치에 있어서,말단팁과 내부에 형성된 오리피스를 가지는 작동 단부를 구비하는 카테터와;상기 작동 단부에 배치되며 비절연 말단 단부를 구비한 말단부를 가지며 상기 전원에 각각 전기적으로 접속된 다수의 리드와;상기 리드들을 말단 오리피스를 통과하여 연장시키는 수단과;상기 리드가 연장될 때 내부벽에 관통하지 않게 접촉하도록 외향으로 리드를 팽창시키는 수단을 구비하며,상기 리드는 말단 오리피스의 외부로 연장될 때 서로 이격되며 상기 해부 구조와 접촉하는, 에너지 인가 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 리드는 균일하게 이격된 말단 단부의 대칭 배치를 형성하도록 상기 말단 오리피스를 통해 연장될 때 상기 리드의 말단부가 서로 이격되도록 상기 작동 단부에 대해 배치된 에너지 인가 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 리드는 리드가 말단 오리피스를 통해 연장될 때 두개의 상호 대향된 말단 단부 간의 거리가 상기 작동 단부의 직경보다 크도록 작동 단부에 대해 배치된 에너지 인가 장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연장 수단은 카테터 상에 장착된 외부 외장과, 상기 외부 외장 내부에 위치된 정렬 장치와, 리드가 부착되며 상기 외부 외장에 대해 이동 가능한 가동 내부 외장을 구비하며, 상기 리드는 상기 정렬 장치가 리드간의 분리를 유지하도록 정렬 장치에 장착되며, 상기 외부 외장에 대한 내부 외장의 이동은 상기 오리피스를 통해 리드를 연장하는 에너지 인가 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전원에 접속된 스위치를 또한 구비하며, 상기 리드는 전원에 전기적으로 접속되도록 적용되며, 상기 리드의 극성은 상기 스위치에 의해 선택적으로 변환되는 에너지 인가 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전원을 제어하는 제어기와, 상기 리드의 말단 단부에 장착되며 상기 제어기에 온도 신호를 제공하는 온도 센서를 또한 구비하며, 상기 제어기는 온도 센서로부터의 신호에 반응하여 전원을 제어하는 에너지 인가 장치.
- 전원으로부터 중공 해부 구조의 내부벽에 에너지를 인가하는 장치에 있어서,말단팁과 내부에 형성된 오리피스를 가지는 작동 단부를 구비하는 카테터와;상기 작동 단부에 배치되며 비절연 말단 단부를 가지며 상기 전원에 전기적으로 접속되며 근접 단부에서 외팔보 배치로 작동 단부에 장착된 다수의 리드와;말단 오리피스를 통하여 상기 리드를 연장시키는 수단을 구비하며,상기 각각의 리드는 리드가 상기 오리피스를 통해 연장될때 균일하게 이격된 말단 단부의 대칭적 배열을 형성하기 위해 상기 리드들이 서로 외향으로 이격 팽창되며 내부벽에 관통하지 않게 접촉하도록 리드에 형성된 벤드를 구비하는, 에너지 인가 장치.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 리드는 말단 단부에 장착된 전극을 구비하며 상기 전극은 반구 형상을 가지는 에너지 인가 장치.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 리드는 말단에 장착된 전극을 구비하며 상기 전극은 구형상을 가지는 에너지 인가 장치.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 리드는 직사각형 단면의 보다 얇은 치수가 리드의 팽창 방향으로 정렬되도록 카테터에 대해 장착된 직사각형 단면을 구비하는 에너지 인가 장치.

- 제 23 항에 있어서, 상기 리드 및 2차 리드의 전극에 대해 전원의 출력을 제어하는 제어기를 또한 구비하며, 상기 제어기는 리드의 말단 단부의 전기 극성을 공통 극성으로 스위칭하며 상기 2차 리드의 극성을 리드의 말단 단부의 극성과 대향된 극성으로 스위칭하기에 적합한, 에너지 인가 장치.

- 내부벽을 갖는 해부 구조를 결찰하기 위해 에너지를 공급하는 장치에 있어서,외장, 작동 단부 및, 카테터의 작동 단부에 형성된 개구를 구비하는 카테터와;외장과 내부 부재가 서로에 대해 이동할 수 있도록 상기 외장 내에 배치되는 내부 부재와;말단 단부를 구비하는 다수의 리드를 포함하며,상기 다수의 리드는 상기 외장의 위치가 상기 내부 부재에 대하여 한방향으로 변화할 때 상기 카테터의 작동 단부에서 상기 다수의 리드의 말단 단부가 개구의 외부로 연장되도록 상기 내부 부재에 부착되며, 상기 각각의 리드는 상기 다수의 리드가 상기 개구의 외부로 연장하여 중공 해부구조의 내부벽에 관통하지 않게 병치될 때 상기 외장에 의하여 형성되는 종방향 축으로부터 이격되게 상기 말단 단부를 이동시키도록 형성되고,상기 리드의 말단 단부는 해부 구조의 내부벽에 에너지를 공급하도록 구성된, 에너지 공급 장치.
- 제 46 항에 있어서, 상기 카테터의 작동 단부로부터 이격되게 위치된 작동 기구를 추가로 포함하며, 상기 작동 기구는 작동자가 상기 외장과 내부 부재의 서로에 대한 운동을 수동으로 제어하도록 상기 외장과 내부 부재에 결합되는, 에너지 공급 장치.
- 제 47 항에 있어서, 상기 작동 기구는 상기 외장이 내부 부재에 대하여 이동할 수 있도록 상기 외장에 결합되는, 에너지 공급 장치.
- 제 47 항에 있어서, 상기 작동 기구는 상기 내부 부재가 외장에 대하여 이동할 수 있도록 상기 내부 부재에 결합되는, 에너지 공급 장치.

- 내부벽을 갖는 중공 해부 구조의 결찰 장치에 있어서,외장 및 작동 단부를 갖는 카테터와, 상기 카테터의 작동 단부에 위치된 벌룬과, 외장과 내부 부재가 서로에 대해 이동 가능하도록 상기 외장 내에 배치된 내부 부재 및, 말단 단부를 가지는 다수의 리드를 구비하며,팁과, 포트 및 개구가 상기 카테터의 작동 단부에 배치되며, 상기 포트는 내강과 유체 연통하며 상기 벌룬과 상기 팁 사이에 위치되며,상기 다수의 리드는 상기 외장이 상기 내부 부재에 대해 이동될 때 상기 다수의 리드의 말단 단부가 상기 카테터의 작동 단부에서 상기 개구의 외부로 연장되도록 상기 내부 부재와 결합되며, 상기 다수의 리드가 개구의 외부로 연장하여 중공 해부구조의 내부벽에 관통하지 않게 병치될 때 상기 외장에 의해 형성된 종방향 축으로부터 이격된 상기 말단 단부를 이동시키도록 형성되며,상기 각각의 리드의 말단 단부는 상기 해부 구조에 에너지를 공급하는 중공 해부 구조의 결찰 장치.
- 제 70 항에 있어서, 상기 해부 구조는 정맥이며, 상기 형성된 리드는 정맥 벽과 병치되도록 이동시키기 위한 힘을 가지며, 상기 리드의 말단 단부에 의해 에너지가 인가될 때 상기 정맥의 직경의 감소를 방지하기에는 부족한 강도를 갖는 중공 해부 구조의 결찰 장치.
- 제 70 항에 있어서, 2차 말단 단부를 갖는 2차 리드를 또한 포함하며, 상기 2차 리드는 상기 내부 부재가 상기 외장에 대해 이동될 때 상기 2차 리드의 2차 말단 단부가 상기 카테터의 작동 단부에서 상기 개구의 외부로 연장되도록 상기 내부 부재와 결합되는 중공 해부 구조의 결찰 장치.
- 제 72 항에 있어서, 상기 리드는 각각의 리드의 극성이 스위칭되도록 전원에 전기적으로 접속되는 중공 해부 구조의 결찰 장치.
- 제 72 항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 리드 및 상기 2차 리드는 상기 다수의 리드의 극성이 상기 2차 리드의 극성과 관계 없이 변화되도록 전원에 전기적으로 접속되는 중공 해부 구조의 결찰 장치.
- 제 72 항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 리드와 상기 2차 리드는 전원에 전기적으로 접속되며, 상기 다수의 리드의 극성은 동일한 극성 또는, 상기 리드의 인접한 말단 단부를 위한 반대 극성을 갖도록 스위칭되며, 상기 2차 리드의 극성은 극성과 중성 사이에서 스위칭 가능한 중공 해부 구조의 결찰 장치.
- 제 72 항에 있어서, 상기 벌룬은 상기 해부 구조 내의 유체에 대해 노출된 개구를 구비하며, 상기 개구는 상기 중공 해부 구조로부터의 유체를 내부로 유동시키며 벌룬을 팽창시키는 중공 해부 구조의 결찰 장치.
- 중공 해부 구조 결찰 장치에 있어서,외장 및 작동 단부를 갖는 카테터와, 상기 카테터의 작동 단부에 위치된 벌룬과, 벌룬과 팁 사이에서 카테터의 작동단부에 배치된 다수의 가요성 아암 및, 다수의 전극을 구비하며,팁 및 포트가 상기 카테터의 작동 단부에 위치되며, 상기 포트는 내강과 유체 연통하며,상기 각각의 아암은 해부 구조에 관통하지 않게 접촉하도록 구성된 섹션을 가지며,상기 하나 이상의 전극은 상기 하나 이상의 아암의 섹션상에 위치되며,상기 전극은 상기 해부 구조에 에너지를 공급하는 중공 해부 구조 결찰 장치.
- 제 77 항에 있어서, 상기 벌룬은 상기 해부 구조 내의 유체에 대해 노출된 개구를 구비하며, 상기 개구는 상기 해부 구조 내의 유체를 내부로 유동시키며 상기 벌룬을 팽창시키는 중공 해부 구조 결찰 장치.
- 제 77 항에 있어서, 상기 해부 구조는 정맥이며, 상기 형성된 리드는 정맥 벽에 병치되도록 이동시키기 위한 힘을 가지며, 상기 리드의 말단 단부에 의해 에너지가 인가될 때 상기 정맥의 직경의 감소를 방지하기에는 부족한 강도를 갖는 중공 해부 구조 결찰 장치.
- 제 77 항에 있어서, 유체의 공급을 허용하도록 상기 카테터의 작동 단부 내에 형성된 하나 이상의 개구를 또한 포함하는 중공 해부 구조 결찰 장치.

- 제 80 항에 있어서, 상기 유체는 헤파린과 물을 포함하는 중공 해부 구조 결찰 장치.
- 내부벽을 갖는 중공 해부 구조의 결찰 장치에 있어서,카테터의 작동 단부에 위치된 외장과, 작동 단부 및, 개구를 갖는 카테터와, 외장과 내부 부재가 서로에 대해 이동 가능하도록 상기 외장 내에 배치된 내부 부재와, 말단 단부를 갖는 다수의 리드와, 상기 리드가 상기 개구의 외부로 연장될 때 덮개가 상기 중공 해부 구조 내의 유체 유동을 차단하도록 상기 카테터의 주변을 따라 상기 도선 사이의 영역에 걸친 가요성의 불투과성 덮개를 구비하며,상기 다수의 리드는 상기 내부 부재가 상기 외장에 대해 이동될 때 상기 다수의 리드의 말단 단부가 상기 카테터의 작동 단부에서 상기 개구의 외부로 연장되도록 상기 내부 부재와 결합되며, 상기 다수의 리드가 상기 개구의 외부로 연장하여 중공 해부 구조의 내부벽에 관통하지 않게 병치될 때 상기 외장에 의해 형성된 종방향 축으로부터 이격된 상기 말단 단부를 이동시키도록 형성되며, 상기 각각의 리드의 말단 단부는 상기 해부 구조에 에너지를 공급하는 중공 해부 구조의 결찰 장치.
- 제 83 항에 있어서, 유체의 공급을 허용하도록 상기 카테터의 작동 단부 내에 형성된 하나 이상의 개구를 추가로 포함하는 중공 해부 구조의 결찰 장치.
