Claims (6)
- 배전 컨덕터와 전기 통신 또는 기계사용 신호 전송 버스(12)를 단일 케이싱내에 포함하고, 브랜치 연결 지지체(13)는 덕트를 따라서 규칙적인 간격으로 덕트의 내부에 위치되고 적절한 개구부에 대면하여 각각의 브랜치 연결 지지체는 부하에 연결된 컨덕터에 대한 전력 및 제어 커넥터(15)의 연결을 가능하게 하고, 지지체와 커넥터에 각각 연결된 두 버스 연결부(21, 22)는, 기계적으로 그리고 전기적으로 결합되어 버스와 부하사이에 신호의 전송을 가능하게 하는 배전 덕트에 있어서,제 1 연결부(21)는 버스(12)내에서 각각 와이어를 연결하기 위하여 절연체(31, 32)안에 형성된 두 개의 탄성 접촉 아암(27a, 27b)을 갖고, 제 2 연결부(22)는 강성 접촉 영역(45, 46)을 갖으며, 이것의 각각은 상기 두 탄성아암의 절연체의 외부로 돌출하는 접촉영역(26a, 26b)과 접촉하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배전덕트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 연결부(21)는 절연체에 위치된 도전부(23, 24)를 포함하고, 덕트의 중심 라인에 평행하고 수직하게 오프셋되는 것을 특징으로하는 배전 덕트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 연결 덕트(21)는 평면부로부터 접혀지고 버스와이어(12) 중의 하나가 끼워진 절연 변위 포크(25)에 일단에서 끼워지는 도전부(23, 24)와, 두 개의 탄성 접촉 아암(27a, 27b)을 형성하도록 그 단부에서 뒤로 접혀진 다리형상부(28)로 이루워진 것을 특징으로 하는 배전 덕트.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성아암(27a, 27b)은 주 표면에서 각각 접혀지고, 이들의 접촉영역(26a, 26b)은 몸체와 에지의 외부로 돌출하는 자유단에 위치되어지는 것을 특징으로하는 배전 덕트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 연결부(22)는 첫째로 덕트의 길이에 수직인 삽입방향(Y-Y′)을 따라서 신장하는 금속 연결아암(41, 42)을 포함하고, 둘째로 상기 연결아암에 삽입 성형되고 덕트의 길이(X-X′)에 수직인 Z-Z′방향과 삽입방향(Y-Y′)을 따라 얇은 절연 스트립(47)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배전 덕트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 제 1 연결부(21)는 커넥터(15)가 지지체에 끼워지는 방향(Y-Y′)에 평행하게 끼워 넣어 지지체의 측면(20)에 클릭 끼움을 하고 탄성 아암(27a, 27b)의 접촉영역(26a, 26b)은 제 2 연결부(22)를 안내하기 위하여 지지측벽(20)에 있는 개구부를 통하여 지지슬롯(18)에서 돌출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배전 덕트.
