Claims (10)
- 백라이트유닛용 광학필름에 있어서,광확산입자가 분포되어 있으며 폴리에스터계 투명수지로 형성되는 광확산층과,상기 광확산층의 상부에 일체로 형성되는 비교적 낮은 굴절률을 갖는 아크릴계투명수지의 제1굴절층과,상기 제1굴절층의 상부에 일체로 형성되며 상기 제1굴절층과의 조성비 차이에 의해 상기 제1굴절층에 비해 비교적 높은 굴절률을 가지며, 표면에 굴절패턴이 형성되어 있는 아크릴계투명수지의 제2굴절층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트유닛용 광학필름.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광확산입자는 산화티타늄, 산화아연, 황산바륨, 탄산칼슘, 탄산마그네슘, 수산화알루미늄, 클레이 중 적어도 어느 하나가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트유닛용 광학필름.

- 백라이트유닛용 광학필름의 제조방법에 있어서,광확산입자가 분포된 폴리에스터계 투명수지로 광확산층을 형성하는 단계와,상기 광확산층 상부에 비교적 낮은 굴절률을 갖는 아크릴계투명수지의 제1굴절층을 일체로 형성하는 단계와,상기 제1굴절층의 상부에 상기 제1굴절층과의 조성비 차이에 의해 상기 제1굴절층에 비해 비교적 높은 굴절률을 갖는 아크릴계투명수지의 제2굴절층을 형성하는 단계와,상기 제2굴절층의 표면에 굴절패턴을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트유닛용 광학필름의 제조방법.
