- 잔류 수족의 말단 영역(40)을 둘러싸도록 구성되는 성형가능한 완성된 소켓 형성 재료(36)로서, 상기 형성 재료는 작용제가 가해져 경화 상태로 될 경우 경화가능하고, 상기 형성 재료가 완성된 보철 소켓처럼 기능하도록 부하 지지 구조적 보철을 가지는, 상기 형성 재료와; 주조 위치에 상기 소켓 형성 재료를 보유하기 위한 보유 수단(10)과; 상기 소켓 형성 재료를 상기 주조 위치에서 원주방향으로 압축하기 위한 압축 수단(22, 118)과; 상기 압축 수단을 작용시키기 위한 수단(18)을 사용해 연질의 티슈를 구비하는 잔류 수족(40)을 위한 완성된 보철 소켓(36, 46)을 형성하기 위한 장치에 있어서,상기 잔류 수족의 연질 티슈를 효과적으로 신장시키기 위해 응력을 잔류 수족의 말단 영역에 가하고, 상기 소켓 형성 재료가 상기 주조 위치에 위치되고 상기 압축 수단이 작동할 때 직경을 감소시키도록 배치되는 응력 가함 수단(12, 110, 58, 100, 44, 166, 41, 176)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는보철 소켓 형성 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 응력 가함 수단은 말단 및 상기 슬리브 말단에 원심의 응력을 가하기 위한 수단(42, 173, 44, 66)을 가지는 흡입 탄성중합체의 잔류 수족 슬리브(41, 176)를 포함하는보철 소켓 형성 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,응력을 가하기 위한 상기 수단은 상기 압축 수단을 작동시키기 위한 상기 수단(18)을 포함하는보철 소켓 형성 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 응력 가함 수단에 의해 가해지는 응력의 양을 측정하는 응력 감지 장치(84, 128)를 포함하는보철 소켓 형성 장치.
- ⓐ 외부 벽과, 잔류의 수족 말단부를 수납하기 위한 개구 기단(28)과, 말단 개구를 구비한 단부 벽(30, 112)을 갖는 말단을 구비한 길다란 하우징(12, 110)과; ⓑ 막내에 내부 성형 체적과, 상기 막과 하우징 외부 벽 사이에 유체 유형 압력 체적(20)을 규정하도록 상기 하우징 외부 벽내에 길이방향으로 연장하는 탄성의 환형 압력 막(22, 118)과; ⓒ 압력 유체 매체를 상기 압력 체적으로부터 및 그 내로 전달하고 방출하기 위한 수단(18)을 포함하는 잔류의 수족을 위한 완성된 보철 소켓을 형성하기 위한 장치에 있어서,상기 잔류 수족과 연결가능한 사전 형성되고 성형가능한 보철 소켓 요소(36) 또는 탄성중합체 가요성 슬리브와 같은 응력 수단(41)과,상기 하우징 말단 개구를 통해 상기 성형 체적내로 길이방향으로 연장가능한 기단 벽을 갖는 기다란 응력 커플러 부재(100)로서, 상기 을력 커플러 부재는 상기 하우징의 상기 기단 단부로부터 상기 성형 체적 안으로 연장가능한 응력 수단을 그의 기단 단부에서 체결가능한 해제가능한 그립퍼(102)를 구비하는, 상기 응력 커플러 부재(100)와,상기 하우징에 대한 상대적 이동에 대해 상기 하우징에 상기 응력 커플러 부재를 선택적으로 잠그기 위한 잠김 수단(109, 120)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는보철 소켓 형성 장치.
- 잔류 수족(40)의 말단 영역 위에 성형가능하고 경화가능한 소켓 재료(36)를 가하는 단계를 포함하는 잔류의 수족 보철을 위한 완성된 소켓의 형성 방법에 있어서,상기 말단 방향으로 잔류 수족의 상기 말단 영역에 응력을 가하기 위한 응력 가함 수단(12, 110, 58, 100, 44, 166, 41, 176)을 제공하는 단계와,상기 소켓 재료가 경화되기 전에 및 상기 말단 방향으로 응력 가함 수단에 응력을 가하는 동안 상기 소켓 재료를 주연방향으로 압축시키는 단계와,상기 압축 및 응력이 유지되는 동안 상기 소켓 재료를 경화되고 성형된 상태로 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는소켓 형성 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 응력 가함 수단에 가해진 응력의 양을 검출하여 상기 응력을 나타내는 신호를 발생시키는 단계를 포함하는소켓 형성 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 잔류의 수족의 말단 영역과 상기 응력 가함 수단의 일부로서의 소켓 재료 사이에 흡입 슬리브(41, 176)를 사용하며, 경화 전에 성형가능하며 부하 지지 상태로 경화가능한 관형 순응성 사전 형성 요소(36)를 소켓 재료로서 사용하는 단계를 포함하는소켓 형성 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,보강 섬유의 브레이드 웨브와 상기 사전 형성된 요소로서 상기 웨브 내에 주입되는 물에 의해 활성화가능한 조성물을 사용하는 단계를 포함하는소켓 형성 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 물에 의해 활성화가능한 조성물로서 물에 의해 활성화가능한 폴리이소시아네이트 예비중합체 수지를 사용하는 단계를 포함하는소켓 형성 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 브레이드 웨브(braided web)내에 상기 보강 섬유와 같은 탄소 섬유를 사용하는 단계를 포함하는소켓 형성 방법.
- 제 6 항의 방법에 따라 제조된 잔류 수족 소켓.
