Claims (10)
- 잉크가 공급되는 채널이 형성된 기판과;상기 기판과 결합되며, 상기 채널에 대응하는 노즐을 구비하는 노즐판과;상기 노즐판에서 노즐을 감싸도록 형성되는 가열소자와;상기 노즐판에서 상기 가열소자의 상부 위치하는 열전도층과;상기 열전도층과 상기 가열소자의 사이에 위치하는 중간 절연층과;상기 가열소자와 겹쳐지지 않게 소정 거리 이격되어 있고, 상기 열전도층과 상기 기판을 연결하는 열적 션트;상기 열전도층 상면에 형성되는 패시베이션층; 그리고상기 패시베이션층 위에 형성되는 소수화층;을 구비하는 잉크젯 프린트 헤드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 열전도층은 DLC 또는 SiC로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크 젯 프린트 헤드.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 노즐판에는 상기 가열소자에 대한 전류인가를 위해 마련되는 전극이 더 구비되고,상기 열적 션트는 상기 전극과 동일한 소재로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는잉크 젯 프린트 헤드.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 열적 션트는 상기 노즐판에 형성되는 제1, 제2메탈층을 포함하며,상기 제1, 제2메탈층의 사이에는 절연층이 형성되어 있고,상기 절연층에는 제1메탈층과 제2메탈층의 물리적 접촉을 위한 비아홀이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트 헤드.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 전극은 상기 가열소자에 직접 연결되는 제1전극과 제1전극 보다 상층에 형성되는 제2전극을 포함하며,상기 제1전극과 제2전극의 사이에 절연층이 마련되어 있고,상기 절연층에는 상기 제1전극과 제2전극의 전기적 연결을 위한 비아홀이 형성되어 상기 제1전극과 제2전극에 의한 제2열적션트가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트 헤드.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 전극은 상기 가열소자에 직접 연결되는 제1전극과 제1전극 보다 상층에 형성되는 제2전극을 포함하며,상기 제1전극과 제2전극의 사이에 절연층이 마련되어 있고,상기 절연층에는 상기 제1전극과 제2전극의 전기적 연결을 위한 비아홀이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트 헤드.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 제1전극은 상기 기판에 부분적으로 직접 접촉되고, 상기 제1전극과 연결되는 제2전극은 상기 열전도층과 직접접촉되어, 상기 열적 션트가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트 헤드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 열적 션트는 상기 가열소자를 일정 거리를 두고 감싸고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트 헤드.
