Claims (3)
- 성분 기체로서 이산화탄소12CO2및 이산화탄소13CO2를 함유하는 시험 기체 샘플을 셀에 도입하는 단계, 이를 통해 투과된 흡광도를 각각의 성분 기체에 적합한 파장에서 측정하는 단계, 및 각각 공지된 농도로 성분 기체12CO2또는13CO2를 함유하는 기체 샘플에 대해 흡광도를 적용하여 측정을 통해 예비적으로 만들어진 검정 곡선을 기준으로 시험 기체 샘플에서 각각의 성분 기체의 농도를 측정하는 단계를 포함하는, 동위원소 기체를 분광 분석하기 위한 안정한 동위원소 측정방법에 있어서,약물 투여 전의 제1시험 기체 샘플과 약물 투여 후의 제2시험 기체 샘플로 이루어진 2개의 시험 기체 샘플을 각각 하나의 검체의 호흡으로부터 샘플링하고, 상기 2개의 시험 기체 샘플 중의 하나의 시험 기체 샘플의 CO2농도가 다른 하나의 시험 기체 샘플의 CO2농도보다 높은 경우, 하나의 시험 기체 샘플을 또 다른 하나의 시험 기체 샘플의 CO2농도 수준과 동일한 CO2농도 수준으로 공기를 사용하여 희석하고, 각각의 시험 기체 샘플에서13CO2/12CO2농도 비를 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 안정한 동위원소 측정방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,(a) 제1 시험 기체 샘플과 제2 시험 기체 샘플을 각각 하나의 검체의 호흡으로부터 샘플링하여, 제1 시험 기체 샘플과 제2 시험 기체 샘플의 CO2농도를 측정하고,(b) 제1 시험 기체 샘플의 측정된 CO2농도가 제2 시험 기체 샘플의 측정된 CO2농도보다 높은 경우, 제1 시험 기체 샘플을 제2 시험 기체 샘플의 CO2농도 수준과 동일한 CO2농도 수준으로 공기를 사용하여 희석시킨 후, 제1 시험 기체 샘플에서13CO2/12CO2농도 비를 측정하고,(c) 제2 시험 기체 샘플에서13CO2/12CO2농도 비를 측정함을 특징으로 하는, 안정한 동위원소 측정방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,(a) 제1 시험 기체 샘플과 제2 시험 기체 샘플을 각각 하나의 검체의 호흡으로부터 샘플링하여, 제1 시험 기체 샘플과 제2 시험 기체 샘플의 CO2농도를 측정하고,(b) 제1 시험 기체 샘플의 측정된 CO2농도가 제2 시험 기체 샘플의 측정된 CO2농도보다 낮은 경우, 제1 시험 기체 샘플에서13CO2/12CO2농도 비를 측정하고,(c) 제2 시험 기체 샘플을 제1 시험 기체 샘플의 CO2농도 수준과 동일한 CO2농도 수준으로 공기를 사용하여 희석시킨 후, 제2 시험 기체 샘플에서13CO2/12CO2농도 비를 측정함을 특징으로 하는, 안정한 동위원소 측정방법.
