Claims (3)
- 차량의 충돌시험시 에어백 센서를 통해 충돌파형이 입력되는 단계;상기 충돌파형 입력단계에서 입력된 충돌파형이 상승하는 단계;상기 충돌파형 상승단계에서 상승된 충돌파형을 일정시간 범위 내에서 하강시키는 단계;상기 충돌파형 하강단계에서 충돌파형이 일정수준에 도달하면 다시 충돌파형을 재입력하는 단계;상기 충돌파형 재입력단계에서 재입력된 충돌파형을 리스타트시키는 단계; 및상기 충돌파형 리스타트단계에서 리스타트 된 충돌파형이 재 상승하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백 전개성능시험의 개선방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 충돌파형 하강단계에서,충돌파형이 하강되는 시간은 20ms ~ 30ms의 범위 내에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백 전개성능시험의 개선방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 충돌파형 재입력 단계는,상기 충돌파형의 해당속도가 0mph일 때까지 하강된 후에 1000mph의 충돌파형을 재 입력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어백 전개성능시험의 개선방법.
