Claims (23)
- 펜타닐 할라이드염과 서펜타닐 할라이드염을 구비하는 군으로부터 선택된 진통제의 단지 전체 량을 경피적으로 투여하기 위한 일렉트로트랜스포트 장치 (10) 로서, 상기 장치는 은(sliver) 애노딕 도너 전극 (22), 캐소딕 카운터 전극 (24) 및 상기 진통제의 투여를 상기 전체 량까지 제한하는 수단을 포함하며, 상기 도너 전극 (22) 은 진통제를 포함하는 도너 저장소 (26) 와 전기적으로 접촉되어 있으며, 도너 저장소 (26) 는 진통제 할라이드 이외의 할라이드 소오스를 실제적으로 가지지 않는, 이상의 일렉트로트랜스포트 장치 (10) 에 있어서,상기 도너 저장소 (26) 는 상기 선택된 진통제 할라이드염의 적재량을 포함하며, 상기 적재량의 양은 상기 전체 량보다 약 2 배 이상임을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로트랜스포트 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 진통제는 펜타닐 HCl 혹은 서펜타닐 HCl 인 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 진통제는 펜타닐 할라이드를 포함하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 진통제는 서펜타닐 할라이드를 포함하며, 적재량이 경피 투여를 위한 전체 량보다 약 4 배 이상인 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 일렉트로트랜스포트 전류를 도너 및 카운터 전극 (22, 24) 으로 인가하는 전류 소오스 (32) 를 포함하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 약 6 시간 이상 동안 진통제를 투여하기에 적합한 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 투여 주기는 다수의 진통제 투여 간격을 포함하는 시간의 축적 주기인 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 도너 저장소 (26) 는 약 0.5 g 내지 0.8 g 의 수산화 염기의 중량을 가지며, 상기 장치는 각각의 투여 간격이 약 8 내지 12 분의 간격을 가지면서, 약 100 회까지의 분리 투여 간격 동안 도너 및 카운터 전극 (22, 24) 으로 약 190 ㎂ 내지 230 ㎂ 의 DC 전류를 인가하는 전류 소오스 (32) 를 가지며, 도너 저장소 (26) 가 약 9 mg 이상의 펜타닐 히드로클로라이드를 포함하는 장치.

- 펜타닐 할라이드염과 서펜타닐 할라이드염을 포함하는 군으로부터 선택된 진통제의 전체 량을 일렉트로트랜스포트에 의해 경피적으로 투여하기 위한 장치 (10) 의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 장치는 은 애노딕 도너 전극 (22), 캐소딕 카운터 전극 (24) 및 상기 진통제의 투여를 상기 전체 량까지 제한하는 수단을 포함하며, 상기 도너 전극 (22) 은 진통제를 포함하는 도너 저장소 (26) 와 전기적으로 접촉되어 있으며, 상기 도너 저장소 (26) 는 진통제 할라이드 이외의 할라이드 소오스를 실제적으로 가지지 않는, 이상의 일렉트로트랜스포트 장치 (10) 의 제조 방법에 있어서,도너 저장소 (26) 내에 상기 선택된 진통제 할라이드염의 적재량을 넣으며, 상기 적재량은 상기 전체 량보다 약 2 배 이상 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 진통제는 펜타닐 HCl 혹은 서펜타닐 HCl 인 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 진통제는 펜타닐 할라이드를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 진통제는 서펜타닐 할라이드를 포함하며 적재량이 경피 투여를 위한 상기 전체 량보다 약 4 배 이상 인 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 장치 (10) 는 도너 및 카운터 전극 (22,24) 으로 일렉트로트랜스포트 전류를 인가하는 전류 소오스 (32) 를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 장치 (10) 는 약 6 시간 이상의 주기 동안 진통제를 투여하기에 적합한 방법.

- 제 16 항에 있어서, 약 12 mg 이상의 펜타닐 히드로클로라이드를 도너 저장소 (26) 로 적재하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 경피적으로 펜타닐 할라이드 염의 전체 량을 투여하기 위한 일렉트로트랜스포트 투여 장치 (10) 를 위한 애노딕 펜타닐 제제로서, 상기 장치는 상기 제제와 접촉하는 은 애노딕 도너 전극 (22), 캐소딕 카운터 전극 (24), 상기 전체 량까지 상기 진통제의 투여를 제한하는 수단 및 도너 및 카운터 전극 (22,24) 에 결합되어있는 전원 (32)를 갖고 있고, 펜타닐 할라이드염의 수용액을 함유하는 친수성 매트릭스를 포함하는 상기의 애노딕 펜타닐 제제에 있어서,펜타닐 할라이드 적재량은, (i) 상기 전체량보다 약 2 배 이상 더 크며, (ii) 그들로부터 펜타닐을 경피성 일렉트로트랜스포트 투여하는 동안 혹은 한 후에, 일시적인 상피 변색을 실제적으로 방지하기에 충분한 것을 특징으로 하는 애노딕 펜타닐 제제.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 펜타닐 할라이드염이 상기 제제의 약 1.7 내지 2.0 중량 % 을 포함하는 제제.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 펜타닐 할라이드가 상기 제제의 약 1.9 내지 2.0 중량 % 를 구비하는 제제.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 펜타닐 할라이드가 펜타닐 히드로클로라이드인 제제.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 친수성 매트릭스는 폴리비닐알콜을 포함하는 제제.
