Claims (6)
- a) 지방족 폴리이소시아네이트, 지환족 폴리이소시아네이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 액체 폴리이소시아네이트 성분,b)1000내지 6000의 평균 분자량 및 2 이상의 평균 관능도를 갖는 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트 반응성 화합물(임의 성분),c) 1000 미만의 분자량을 갖는 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트 반응성 화합물(여기서, 화합물 1 이상은 관능도가 2 이상임), 및d) 모든 성분들의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 1 내지 30 중량%의 충전제[여기서, 상기 이소시아네이트 반응성 화합물 c) 중 하나 이상은폴리에스테르에테르 폴리올 kg 당 3 내지 7 몰의 에스테르 기를 갖는폴리에스테르에테르 폴리올 기재의 폴리히드록실 화합물을 포함함]의 반응 생성물을 포함하고 임의로는 우레아기를 함유하는 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이소시아네이트 반응성 화합물 c)가 500 미만의 분자량을 갖는 것인 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응 생성물이 e) 보조 물질, 첨가제 또는 이들의 혼합물을 추가로 포함하는 것인 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머.
- a) 지방족 폴리이소시아네이트, 지환족 폴리이소시아네이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 액체 폴리이소시아네이트 성분,b)1000내지 6000의 평균 분자량 및 2 이상의 평균 관능도를 갖는 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트 반응성 화합물(임의 성분),c) 1000 미만의 분자량을 갖는 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트 반응성 화합물(여기서, 화합물 1 이상은 관능도가 2 이상임), 및d) 모든 성분들의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 1 내지 30 중량%의 충전제로 이루어진 반응 혼합물[여기서, 이 반응 혼합물은90내지 120의 이소시아네이트 지수에서 원쇼트(one shot) 공정에 의해 제조되며, 상기 이소시아네이트 반응성 화합물 c) 중 하나 이상은폴리에스테르에테르 폴리올 kg 당 3 내지 7 몰의 에스테르기를 갖는폴리에스테르에테르 폴리올 기재의 폴리히드록실 화합물을 포함함]을 반응 사출 성형법에 의해, 임의로 우레아기를 함유하고, 임의로 기포성인, 독립 표면 및 0.9 g/cm3이상의 밀도를 갖는 폴리우레탄 성형물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 이소시아네이트 반응성 화합물 c)가 500 미만의 분자량을 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 반응 생성물이 e) 보조 물질, 첨가제 또는 이들의 흔합물을추가로 포함하는 것인 방법.
