Claims (2)
- 중량%로 C : 0.02∼0.06%, Mn : 0.3∼0.5%, S : 0.012% 이하, Al : 0.02∼0.04%, O : 0.01% 이하, N : 0.005∼0.015%, V : 0.05∼0.15%, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 조성된 강을 조압연이 있는 박슬라브 직접압연 공정에서 통상의 조건으로 조압연 및 열간마무리 압연하는 단계와,600℃∼700℃의 온도에서 열연권취한 다음 산세하는 단계와,압하율 60∼70%로 냉간압연하는 단계와,연속소둔로에서 재결정온도 이상 850℃ 이하의 온도에서 소둔하는 단계로,이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 내피쉬 스케일성 및 밀착성이 우수한 고강도 냉연법랑강판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 강의 조성에서 V : 0.05∼0.15% 대신에 V와 함께 Ti를 0.04% 이하로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내피쉬 스케일성 및 밀착성이 우수한 고강도 냉연법랑강판의 제조방법.
