Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 식물성 테르펜정유의 원료를 수용하는 압력탱크와;상기 압력탱크에 연결되며, 그 압력탱크 내의 압력을 감압하기 위한 진공펌프와;상기 압력탱크 내로 고온의 스팀을 공급하기 위한 스팀공급수단과;상기 공급된 스팀에 의해 상기 원료로부터 추출된 테르펜정유물질을 포함하는 고온/고압의 수증기를 응축하도록 상기 압력탱크에 연결되는 열교환 응축기;상기 열교환 응축기를 냉각시키기 위한 응축기 냉각수단; 및상기 열교환 응축기에 연결되며, 그 열교환 응축기 내에서 응축된 응축수로부터 테르펜정유와 물 및 불순물을 분리하기 위한 유수분리기;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물성 테르펜정유 추출장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압력탱크는,스팀공급구와 수증기 배출구 및 상기 원료의 출입을 위한 개방구를 가지는 원통형의 탱크본체와;상기 개방구를 개폐시키도록 상기 탱크본체에 설치되는 도어; 및상기 스팀공급구에 연통되게 상기 탱크본체 내에 설치되며, 상기 스팀공급수단으로부터 공급되는 스팀을 상기 탱크본체 내로 분사하기 위한 분사부재;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물성 테르펜정유 추출장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분사부재는,상기 탱크본체의 내주면에 원주방향으로 대응되게 설치되며, 상기 탱크본체의 중심부로 스팀을 분사하기 위한 복수의 스팀분사구를 가지는 복수의 곡선형 파이프와;상기 곡선형 파이프에 연통되며, 상기 탱크본체 내에 길이방향으로 소정 간격으로 설치되고 복수의 스팀분사구를 가지는 복수의 직선형 파이프;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물성 테르펜정유 추출장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 압력탱크 내로 상기 재료를 운반 및 적재시키기 위한 재료 투입수단을더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물성 테르펜정유 추출장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 재료 투입수단은,상기 압력탱크 내의 바닥면에 설치된 한 쌍의 메인 가이드레일과;상기 재료를 소정량 수용하며, 다수의 스팀 통과공이 형성된 재료 수납용 케이스와;상기 케이스를 소정 간격으로 적재하기 위한 선반과, 상기 메인 가이드레일에 대응되는 복수의 지지롤러를 가지며, 상기 메인 가이드레일을 타고 상기 가압탱크 내에 장착되는 케이스 적치대와;상기 메인 가이드레일에 대응되는 보조 가이드레일을 가지며, 상기 케이스 적치대를 상기 보조 가이드레일에 지지한 채 운반하는 운반 수레;를 포함하여,상기 보조가이드레일과 상기 메인 가이드레일을 나란하게 일치시킨 상태에서 상기 운반 수레 상의 케이스 적치대를 상기 메인 가이드레일로 이동시킴으로서 상기 압력탱크 내로 운반하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 식물성 테르펜정유 추출 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 수납용 케이스는, 약 35∼45%의 타공률을 가지도록 상기 스팀통과공이 형성되며, 스테인레스 재질로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 식물성 테르펜정유 추출장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열교환 응축기는,수증기 유입구와, 응축수 배출구 및 냉각수 입/출구를 가지는 응축탱크와;상기 응축탱크 내부에 복수의 열을 이루도록 설치되며 상기 냉각수 입/출구 각각에 연결되는 냉각파이프;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물성 테르펜정유 추출장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 응축탱크는 그 내부에서 응축된 응축수가 상기 응축수 배출구로 흘러내리도록 상기 유입구로부터 배출구쪽으로 소정 각도 기울어지게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물성 테르펜정유 추출장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 냉각파이프의 내주면에는 길이방향으로 연속되도록 그루브가 인입형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 식물성 테르펜정유 추출장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열교환 응축기에서 응축된 응축수를 상기 유수분리기로 이동시키기 위한 메인 응축수경로와;상기 메인 응축수경로로부터 분기되며, 소량의 응축수를 별도의 용기에 담을수 있도록 밸브에 의해 개폐되는 개방단부를 가지는 보조 응축수경로;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물성 테르펜정유 추출장치.
