Claims (8)
- 식물성 테르펜정유의 원료를 소정 크기로 분쇄하여 준비하는 단계와;상기 원료를 소정 크기의 압력탱크 내에 수용하는 단계와;진공펌프를 이용하여 상기 압력탱크 내의 압력을 소정압력의 진공상태로 감압하는 단계와;스팀 공급수단을 이용하여 상기 압력탱크 내로 고온/고압의 스팀을 분사하여, 분사된 고온/고압의 스팀에 의해 상기 원료로부터 식물성 테르펜정유가 수증기 상태로 추출되도록 하는 단계;상기 압력탱크 내에서 상기 원료로부터 추출된 테르펜정유와 수분이 함유된 수증기물질을 상기 압력탱크에 연결된 열교환 응축기로 이동시켜 냉각시키는 단계와;상기 열교환 응축기에서 냉각된 응축수를 유수분리기로 이동시켜 수분과 식물성 테르펜정유 및 이물질로 분리하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물성 테르펜정유 추출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열교환 응축기의 내부온도가 소정 온도로 유지되도록 상기 열교환 응축수의 내부를 냉각수단을 이용하여 냉각시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물성 테르펜정유 추출방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 감압하는 단계에서, 식물세포의 기공을 확장시키기 위하여 상기 압력탱크 내의 압력을 약 30 내지 40 토르(torr)로 감압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물성 테르펜정유 추출방법
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스팀 공급단계는,상기 스팀공급수단에서 공급되는 소정 압력 및 온도의 스팀을 상기 압력탱크 내부에 마련된 분사부재를 이용하여 상기 압력탱크 내부로 분사하는 단계와;상기 압력 탱크 내의 온도와 압력을 측정하는 단계; 및상기 측정된 스팀의 온도 및 압력이 소정 기준 온도 및 압력에 도달할 경우, 상기 압력탱크 내의 수증기물질을 상기 열교환 응축기로 소정 시간 동안 배출시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물성 테르펜정유 추출방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 측정하는 단계에서, 상기 압력탱크 내의 기준온도는 130 ℃ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 식물성 테르펜정유 추출방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,측정하는 단계에서, 상기 압력탱크 내의 기준압력은 2.0kg/㎡g 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 식물성 테르펜정유 추출방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 스팀을 상기 열교환 응축기로 배출시키는 동안, 상기 압력탱크 내로 스팀을 계속 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물성 테르펜정유 추출방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 원료를 수용하는 단계는,상기 원료를 복수의 구멍이 형성된 타공망 용기에 소정량씩 담는 단계와;상기 원료가 담긴 타공망 용기를 용기 적치대에 소정 간격으로 적재시키는 단계와;상기 용기가 적재된 용기 적치대를 상기 압력탱크 내에 밀어넣는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물성 테르펜정유 추출방법.
