Claims (3)
- 절연체(유리)를 성형하기 위해 외형 금속 케이스를 일차 선반 가공하는 제1공정과;금속 하우징에 글라스, 전극 도선, 세라믹을 조립하여 글라스 성형곡선에 의해 성형하는 제2공정과;성형된 절연체 케이스를 열처리하여 표면 산화된 금속을 가공하고 성형된 유리를 평면으로 가공하는 제3공정과;절연부 곡면부위를 가공한 후 상기 절연부 곡면 테두리를 가공하는 제4공정과;가공 공정이 완료된 절연부를 탈지 세척한 후 항온조에 소정시간 건조시키는 제5공정과;상기 절연부의 소정 위치에 알루미늄을 증착시켜 전극을 형성시키는 제6공정과;금속 플레이트를 정밀 선반 가공하는 제7공정과;상기 선반 가공된 금속 플레이트에 진공흡입관, 겟터하우징, 전극 도선 케이스를 정밀 용접하는 제8공정과;상기 전극 도선과 유리를 금속케이스에 조립하여 성형하는 제9공정과;게터를 삽입시키고, 미세 홀이 가공되어 있는 다이어프램을 상기 금속 하우징에 스폿용접하는 제10공정을 포함하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전 용량식진공센서의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제5공정은,80℃의 항온조에서 24시간 건조시켜 내부 오염물의 유출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전 용량식 진공센서의 제조 방법.
- 흡입량에 대응하는 정전 용량 신호를 발생하는 진공센서와;진공 검출 장치의 필요 부분에 구동용 전원을 공급해주는 전원 공급부와;상기 전원 공급부에서 필요한 전원을 공급받고, 검출된 온도에 따라 히터 발열을 제어하는 온도 조절부와;상기 온도 조절부의 제어에 따라 발열하여 온도를 항온으로 유지시켜주고, 상기 진공센서의 온도를 검출하여 상기 온도 조절부에 전달하는 히터 및 온도 센서와;상기 진공 센서에서 출력되는 정전용량 신호를 주파수 신호로 변환하는 정전용량/주파수 변환부와;상기 정전용량/주파수 변환부에서 변환된 주파수를 디지털 포트를 통해 읽어들이고, 그 읽어들인 주파수 신호를 진공도로 환산하여 진공 상태를 판별하며, 판별한 진공 상태 데이터를 저장, 전송 및 디스플레이하기 위한 제어 데이터를 출력하는 제어부와;상기 제어부에서 출력되는 진공 검출 데이터를 아날로그 신호로 변환하여 디스플레이 측으로 전달하는 디지털/아날로그 변환부와;상기 제어부에서 출력되는 진공 검출 데이터를 저장하며 각종 파라메터가 저장된 메모리와;상기 제어부에서 출력되는 진공 검출 데이터를 외부 장치로 전송해주는 통신 처리부를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 정전 용량식 진공센서를 이용한 진공 검출 장치.
