Claims (2)
- 금속 재료를 가공하여 하우징을 성형하는 제1공정과;상기 하우징에 절연재(유리)를 용착시켜 절연부를 형성시키는 제2공정과;상기 절연부를 곡면으로 가공하고, 중심부에 오일 통로를 만드는 제3공정과;상기 곡면으로 가공된 절연부의 단면을 래핑하는 제4공정과;상기 래핑 후 세척을 수행하고, 수분 제거를 위해 건조시키는 제5공정과;상기 절연재의 표면에 알루미늄을 증기상태로 녹여 전극을 증착시키는 제6공정과;감지판 및 절연판을 용접시키는 제7공정과;상기 오일 통로에 실리콘 오일을 충진시키는 제8공정과;오일 충진홀을 마감처리하고, 센서 하우징을 용접하는 제9공정을 포함하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전 용량식 압력센서의 제조 방법.
- 관로에 흐르는 유체/기체의 압력에 대응하는 정전 용량 신호를 발생하는 압력센서와;상기 압력센서에서 출력되는 정전용량 신호를 주파수 신호로 변환하는 정전용량/주파수 변환부와;상기 정전용량/주파수 변환부에서 변환된 주파수를 그에 상응하는 디지털 신호로 변환하는 아날로그/디지털 변환기와;상기 아날로그/디지털 변환기에서 출력되는 검출 데이터와 이이피롬에 미리 저장된 파라메터를 비교하여 압력 상태를 판별하며, 판별한 압력 상태 데이터를 전송 및 디스플레이하기 위한 제어 데이터를 출력하는 중앙처리장치와;상기 중앙처리장치에서 출력되는 압력 검출 데이터를 아날로그 신호로 변환하여 디스플레이 측으로 전달하는 디지털/아날로그 변환기와;상기 중앙처리장치에서 출력되는 압력 검출 데이터를 외부 장치로 전송해주는 통신 처리부를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 정전 용량식 압력 센서를 이용한 압력 검출 장치.
