Claims (4)
- 카르복실기를 함유하고, 이 카르복실기의 5∼70몰%가 K, Na, Ca, Mg, Al에서 선택된 1종 이상의 금속염형이고, 또한 하기 시험법 Ⅰ로 측정한 산성 가스흡수능 70% 이상, 시험법 Ⅱ로 측정한 염기성 가스흡수능 80% 이상을 아울러 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 산·염기성 가스흡수성 섬유.시험법 Ⅰ: 105℃에서 완전히 건조한 피검섬유 1g을 20℃ 65% RH 분위기에 10시간 이상 정치한 후, 테드라백에 아세트산농도 50ppm의 공기와의 혼합가스 1000㎖와 함께 밀폐하고, 20℃ 중에서 2시간 방치후의 기체 중 아세트산 농도를 측정하여 아세트산가스의 감소율을 산성 가스 흡수능으로 한다.시험법 Ⅱ: 105℃에서 완전히 건조한 피검섬유 1g을 20℃ 65% RH 분위기에 10시간 이상 정치한 후, 테드라백에 암모니아 농도 100ppm의 공기와의 혼합가스 1000㎖와 함께 밀폐하고, 20℃ 중에서 2시간 방치후의 기체 중 암모니아 농도를 측정하여 암모니아 가스의 감소율을 염기성 가스 흡수능으로 한다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 산·염기성 가스 흡수성 섬유, 히드라진 가교에 의한 질소함유량 증가가 1.0∼8.0중량%인 가교아크릴 섬유로서, 잔존니트릴기 일부에는 2.5∼6.0m몰/g의 카르복실기가, 잔부에는 아미드기가 도입되어 있고, 그 카르복실기 일부가 K, Na, Ca, Mg, Al에서 선택된 1종 이상의 금속염형이고, 또한 전카르복실기량에 대한 H형 카르복실기량의 비가 95∼30몰%인 것을 특징으로 하는 산·염기성 가스흡수성 섬유.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 물 500㎖에 산·염기성 가스 흡수성 섬유를 1g분산시킬 때의 평형 pH가 5.0∼8.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 산·염기성 가스흡수성 섬유.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 산·염기성 가스흡수성 섬유를 5중량% 이상 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산·염기성 가스흡수성 구조물.
