Claims (10)
- 전극(7)이 제공된 진동소자(2), 진동소자를 담고있는 기다란 형상의 단단히 밀폐된 하우징(1)으로 구성되며, 금속 캡(9), 이같은 캡이 고정되는 베이스(base)(10) 그리고 상기 베이스를 통과하며 진동소자의 전극에 전기적으로 연결되는 내부 단부(11a)를 가지는 연결 도선(11)을 포함하는 압전 공진기에 있어서, 상기 금속 캡(9)은 길이방향으로 원통형의 축방향 블라인드 구멍(14)을 가지는 장방형 평행 6면체 형상으로 일부가 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 압전 공진기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 장방형 평행 6면체 형상의 상기 부분이 정사각 단면을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 압전 공진기.
- 제 1 항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 캡(9)이 구리-니켈-아연 합금으로 만들어짐을 특징으로 하는 압전 공진기.
- 전술한 항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 상기 캡(9)이 상기 베이스(10)에 맞춰짐을 특징으로 하는 압전 공진기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 베이스(10)가 전기적 절연재의 중앙의 원통형 부분(15)을 포함하며, 도선(11)이 이 원통형 부분을 통과하고, 한 금속 링(16)이 상기 중앙의 원통형 부분을 둘러싸고, 적어도 한 금속층(17)이 상기 링의 외부 표면을 커버하며 탄성적으로 변형될 수 있어서 캡(9)이 베이스(10)로 맞춰지는때 압축되어 상기 하우징(1)이 단단한 밀폐되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 압전 공진기.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 금속층(17)이 얇은 금층(18)으로 커버됨을 특징으로 하는 압전 공진기.
- 제 5 항 또는 6 항에 있어서,상기 중앙 원통형 부분(15)이 유리로 만들어짐을 특징으로 하는 압전 공진기.
- 전술한 항들중 어느한 항에 있어서, 결합 도선(11)의 내부 단부(11a)가 진동소자(2)위로 고정되고 진동소자를 하우징(1)내에서 지지함을 특징으로 하는 압전 공진기.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 결합 도선(11)의 내부단부(11a)가 도선 접착제에 의해 진동소자(2)에 고정됨을 특징으로 하는 압전 공진기.
- 전술한 항들중 어느한 항에 있어서, 진동소자(2)가 브랜치(5)가 전극(7)을 지니는 수정 진동자 소리굽쇠(3)로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 압전 공진기.
