Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- (1) (a) 하나 이상의 퍼플루오르화된 부를 함유한 열안정성 유기 화합물 또는 소중합체, 또는 (b) 트리아진 기에 함유된 것 이외에 하나 이상의 질소 원자를 함유한 열안정성 유기 트리아진 화합물 또는 소중합체, 또는 (c) 이들의 조합물인 첨가제와 비전도성의 열가소성 수지와의 배합물로부터 비전도성의 열가소성 섬유 웨브를 제조하는 단계,(2) 여과 향상성 일렉트릿 전하를 상기 웨브에 제공하기에 충분한 압력 하에서 분출수 또는 수액적 스트림을 웨브 상에 충돌시키는 단계, 및(3) 상기 웨브를 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 섬유 일렉트릿 물질의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지가 폴리올레핀, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리스티렌, 폴리카르보네이트 또는 폴리에스테르인 방법.
- 하기 화학식을 가진 화합물 또는 소중합체 하나 이상과 비전도성의 열가소성수지와의 배합물을 포함하는 섬유 웨브:상기 식중,Rf는 하나 이상의 쇄 에테르 산소 원자를 포함할 수 있는 퍼플루오르화된 부이고,Q는 1 또는 2개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬렌기, 설폰아미도기 또는 이들의 조합물 중에서 선택된 결합기이며,R은 알킬기이고,R1은 퍼플루오로알킬기이며,R2는 직쇄형 또는 분지쇄형일 수 있는 알킬기이고,n은 2 내지 40이다.

- 제4항의 일렉트릿 필터 매체를 포함하는 여과 수단을 갖춘 호흡기.
