Claims (8)
- 대물렌즈가 탑재되며 탄성지지재에 의해 소정 홀더에 대해 탄력적으로 이동가능하도록 지지된 블레이드와, 상기 블레이드에 설치된 포커스코일 및 트래킹코일과, 상기 각 코일에 흐르는 전류와의 상호 작용으로 상기 블레이드를 디스크에 대한 포커스방향과 트래킹방향으로 구동시키는 전자기력을 발생시키는 마그네트 및, 상기 마그네트를 지지하며 자로를 형성하는 요오크를 포함하는 광픽업 장치에 있어서,상기 마그네트는, 상기 포커스코일에 흐르는 전류와의 상호 작용에 의한 포커스 방향의 구동력이 상기 디스크의 반경방향에 대해 상기 블레이드의 외주측과 내주측에서 비대칭적으로 작용하도록 그 힘의 중심선으로부터 어느 한쪽으로 치우쳐 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 마그네트는 상기 블레이드의 외주측으로 치우쳐 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 장치.
- 대물렌즈가 탑재되는 블레이드와, 상기 블레이드를 소정 홀더에 대해 탄력적으로 이동가능하도록 지지하는 복수의 탄성지지재와, 상기 블레이드에 설치된 포커스코일 및 트래킹코일과, 상기 각 코일에 흐르는 전류와의 상호 작용으로 상기 블레이드를 디스크에 대한 포커스방향과 트래킹방향으로 구동시키는 전자기력을 발생시키는 마그네트 및, 상기 마그네트를 지지하며 자로를 형성하는 요오크를 포함하는 광픽업 장치에 있어서,상기 복수의 탄성지지재는, 상기 디스크의 반경방향에 대해 상기 블레이드의 내주측 및 외주측에 설치되고, 상기 내주측의 탄성지지재와 상기 외주측의 탄성지지재는 강성이 서로 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 외주측의 탄성지지재의 강성이 상기 내주측의 탄성지지재의 강성보다 상대적으로 약한 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 장치.
- 대물렌즈가 탑재되며 탄성지지재에 의해 소정 홀더에 대해 탄력적으로 이동가능하도록 지지된 블레이드와, 상기 블레이드에 설치된 포커스코일 및 트래킹코일과, 상기 각 코일에 흐르는 전류와의 상호 작용으로 상기 블레이드를 디스크에 대한 포커스방향과 트래킹방향으로 구동시키는 전자기력을 발생시키는 마그네트 및, 상기 마그네트를 지지하며 자로를 형성하는 요오크가 구비된 어셈블리를 준비하는 준비단계와,상기 요오크에 지지된 마그네트의 위치를 변경시키는 조정단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 장치 조립방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 조정단계에서는, 상기 마그네트를 상기 디스크의 반경방향을 따라 외주 쪽으로 치우치도록 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 장치 조립방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 탄성지지재들의 강성 차이는, 그 굵기 및 재질 중 적어도 어느 하나의 특성이 다름으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 및 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 마그네트는 상기 요오크에 설치되되, 가압에 의해 그 위치가 조정 가능하도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 장치.
