Claims (6)
- 도료 조성물 총량을 기준으로 할 때, 아크릴 수지 조성물 20∼40 중량%, 열경화성 폴리에스테르 수지 15∼35 중량% 및 아크릴 변성 염소화 폴리프로필렌 수지 5∼15 중량%를 포함하는 주제 조성물 및 3관능성 이소시아네이트 경화제 수지 10∼20 중량%를 포함하는 2액형 플라스틱용 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성 폴리에스테르 수지는 불휘발분이 80% 이상, 가드너 기포 점도가 Y∼Z, 산가 10 이하, 색상 4 이하의 것임을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주제 조성물이 열경화성 비닐 수지 20% 용액 1∼5 중량%를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴 수지 조성물이 산가 5∼30 ㎎/KOH, 수산기 함량이 3.0∼6.0%, 유리전이온도가 60∼80℃, 수평균분자량이 5,000∼9,000, 중량평균분자량이 6,000∼20,000, 분자량 분포도가 3 이하, 불휘발분이 50% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴 수지 조성물이 비닐형 이중결합과 유기산기를갖는 단량체 0.5∼6 중량부, 비닐형 이중결합과 수산기를 갖는 단량체 10∼50 중량부, 비닐형 이중결합을 갖는 방향족계 단량체 15∼45 중량부 및 비닐형 이중결합을 갖는 지방족계 단량체 15∼50 중량부를 포함하는 단량체 혼합물 및 라디칼 개시제를 혼합하여 라디칼 중합 반응시키는 단계를 통하여 제조되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 비닐형 이중결합과 유기산기를 갖는 단량체가 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 후말산, 이타콘산, 마레인산 및 그 무수물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나이고, 상기 수산기 함유 단량체가 2-하이드록시에틸아크릴레이트, 2-하이드록시프로필메타크릴레이트, 4-하이드록시부틸아크릴레이트, 하이드록시프로필메타크릴레이트 및 하이드록시프로필아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나이고, 상기 방향족계 단량체가 스틸렌 및 비닐톨루엔으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나이고, 상기 지방족계 단량체가 메틸메타크릴레이트, 에틸아크릴레이트, 에틸메타크릴레이트, 프로필메타크릴레이트, 노르말부틸아크릴레이트, 노르말부틸메타크릴레이트, 이소부틸메타크릴레이트, 노르말헥실메타크릴레이트, 싸이클로헥실아크릴레이트, 라우릴메타크릴레이트, 이소보닐아크릴레이트, 이소보닐메타크릴레이트, 아크릴로니트릴 및 비닐아세테이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
