Claims (3)
- 겔함량 70 내지 85%인 부타디엔 또는 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체로 이루어진 부타디엔계 고무라텍스 50 내지 60중량%에 스티렌 단량체와 아크릴로니트릴 단량체가 40 내지 80중량% : 60 내지 20중량%의 비율로 혼합된 단량체 혼합물 50 내지 40중량%를 그라프트 중합시킨 그라프트 ABS수지(A)와; 겔함유량이 70% 이하인 응집 고무질 중합체 라텍스 70 내지 90중량%에 상기 단량체 혼합물 30 내지 10중량%를 그라프트 중합시킨 그라프트 ABS수지(B); 및 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴공중합 수지(C)를 (A):(B):(C)의 비율이 10 내지 30중량부: 30 내지 10중량부 : 60 내지 70중량부가 되도록 혼합하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내충격, 고유동 및 저광택특성이 우수한 열가소성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 그라프트 ABS수지(A)의 부타디엔계 고무 라텍스의 입자직경이 0.25 내지 0.35μ인 것을 특징으로 하는 내충격, 고유동 및 저광택특성이 우수한 열가소성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 그라프트 ABS수지(B)의 응집 고무질 중합체 라텍스의 입자직경이 0.30 내지 0.40μ인 것을 특징으로 하는 내충격, 고유동 및 저광택특성이 우수한 열가소성 수지의 제조방법.
