Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- 탄성층 및 이격된 위치에서 이 탄성층에 결합된 부직층을 포함하며, 이때 부직층은 이격된 위치 사이에서 주름잡혀져(gathering) 있으며, 상기 부직층은 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리부틸렌, 폴리펜텐, 폴리비닐 아세테이트, 이의 혼합물 및 이의 공중합체로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 중합체를 포함하는 제 1 중합체 성분 및 제 2종합체 성분을 포함하는 복합(conjugate) 섬유를 포함하며, 상기 부직 웹 충은 30 g_mm 내지 200 g-mm의 컵 크러쉬 에너지 (cup crush energy)와 2 g 내지 20 g의 컵 크러쉬 최대 하중 (cup crush peak load)을 갖는 것인 다층 복합 재료.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 2중합체 성분은 폴리을레핀을 포함하고, 제 1 중합체 성분 및 제 2 중합체 성분은 상이한 결정화 및 수축 특성을 갖는 것인 다층 복합 재료.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 중합체 성분은 플리에틸렌을 포함하고, 상기 제 2종합체 성분은 폴리프로필렌을 포함하는 것인 다층 복합 재료.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌이 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 것인 다충 복합 재료.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 2종합체 성분은 플리올레핀, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르, 에틸렌과 아크릴계 단량체의 공중합체, 및 이의 혼합물 및 이의 공중합체로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 중합체를 포함하는 것인 다층 복합 재료.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 복합 섬유가 권축(crimp)된 것인 다층 복합 재료.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 복합 섬유가 ASTM D-3937에 따라 측정했을때 신장된 cm 당 1.18개 내지 7.87개 (신장된 in 당 3 내지 20개)의 평균 권축도를 갖는 것인 다층 복합 재료.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 부직층이 스펀본드(spunbond) 섬유 웹인 다층 복합 재료.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 부직충이 스테이플 섬유 웹인 다층 복합 재료.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 복합 섬유가 약 1 데니어 내지 약 5 데니어의 단위 길이 당 평균 중량을 갖는 것인 다층 복합 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 부직층이 약 10.2 g/㎡ (약 0.3 oz/yd2) 내지 약33.9 g/㎡ (약 1 oz/yd2)의 기초 중량을 갖는 것인 다충 복합 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성층이 스티렌계 블럭 공중합체, 열가소성 폴리우레탄, 열가소성 코폴리에스테르, 열가소성 폴리아미드, 이소프렌 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 군 증에서 선택된 탄성 재료를 포함하는 것인 다층 복합 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성층이 필름, 부직 웹, 스크림 (scrim), 직조 웹, 필라멘트 토우(tow) 및 필라멘트 가닥(strand)으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 것인 다충 복합 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성충이 멜트블로운(meltblown) 부직 웹인 것인 다층 복합 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 부직충 및 상기 탄성층이 상기 복합 재료의 총 표면적의 약 6% 내지 약 20%에 해당하는 총 결합 면적을 갖도록 결합되어 있는 것인 다층 복합 재료.
- 제 1 항의 다충 복합 재료를 포함하는 1회용 제품.
- 제 1 항의 다층 복합 재료를 포함하는 배변 훈련용 팬츠.
- 제 1 항의 다층복합 재료를 포함하는 보호용 가먼트.
- 제 1 항의 다충 복합 재료를 포함하는 1회용 기저귀.
- 탄성층 및 이격된 위치에서 이 탄성층에 결합된 부직층을 포함하며, 이때 부직층은 이격된 위치 사이에서 주름잡혀져 있으며,상기 부직충은 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리부틸렌, 폴리펜텐, 폴리비닐 아세테이트, 및 이의 혼합물 및 이의 공중합체로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 중합체를 포함하는 제 1 중합체 성분 및 제 2 중합체 성분을 포함하는 복합 섬유를 포함하고, 상기 부직 웹 층은 30 g-mm 내지 200 g-mm의 컵 크러쉬 에너지와 2 g 내지 20 g의 컵 크러쉬 최대 하중을 가지며,상기 탄성층은 스티렌계 블럭 공중합체, 열가소성 플리우레탄, 열가소성 코폴리에스테르, 열가소성 폴리아미드, 이소프렌 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 탄성 재료를 포함하는 것인 천연 섬유 편물 유사 복합 직물.
- 탄성충 및 이격된 위치에서 이 탄성층에 결합된 부직층을 포함하며, 이때 부직층은 이격된 위치 사이에서 주름잡혀져 있으며,상기 부직층은 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리부틸렌, 폴리펜텐, 폴리비닐 아세테이트, 및 이의 혼합물 및 이의 공중합체로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 중합체를 포함하는 제 1 중합체 성분 및 제 2종합체 성분을 포함하고, 신장된 cm 당 1.18개 내지 7.8개 (신장된 in 당 3 내지 20개)의 평균 권축도로 권축된 복합 섬유를 포함하며, 상기 부직 웹 층은 30 g-mm 내지 200 g-mm의 컵 크러쉬 에너지와 2 g 내지 20 g의 컵 크러쉬 최대 하중을 가지며,상기 탄성층은 스티렌계 블럭 공중합체, 열가소성 폴리우레탄, 열가소성 코폴리에스테르, 열가소성 폴리아미드, 이소프렌 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 탄성 재료를 포함하는 것인 천연 섬유 편물 유사 복합 직물.
