Claims (20)
- 고융점 성분 중합체 및 저융점 성분 중합체를 포함하고, 상기 고융점 성분 중합체가 상기 저융점 성분 중합체를 둘러싸서 섬유의 길이를 따라 주변 표면을 형성하는 복합 섬유를 포함하는 패턴 결합된 부직포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복합 섬유가 외피/코어 및 해중도(island-in-sea) 배위로부터 선택된 복합 섬유 배위를 갖는 부직포.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 복합 섬유가 외피/코어 배위를 갖는 부직포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고융점 성분 중합체가 올레핀 중합체, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르 및 이들의 블렌드로부터 선택되고, 상기 저융점 성분 중합체가 올레핀 중합체로부터 선택된 부직포.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 복합 섬유가 스펀본드 섬유인 부직포.
- 올레핀 중합체, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르 및 이들의 블렌드로부터 선택된고융점 성분 중합체, 및 올레핀 중합체로부터 선택된 저융점 성분 중합체를 포함하고, 상기 고융점 성분 중합체가 상기 저융점 성분 중합체를 둘러싸서 섬유의 길이를 따라 주변 표면을 형성하는 복합 섬유를 포함하고, 부직포가 패턴 결합된, 결합된 부직포.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 복합 섬유가 외피/코어 및 해중도 배위로부터 선택된 복합 섬유 배위를 갖는 부직포.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 복합 섬유가 외피/코어 배위를 갖는 부직포.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 복합 섬유가 스펀본드 섬유인 부직포.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀 중합체가 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리부틸렌, 및 이들의 블렌드 및 공중합체로부터 선택된 부직포.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 고융점 성분 중합체 및 저융점 성분 중합체가 올레핀 중합체로부터 선택된 부직포.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 고융점 성분 중합체가 폴리프로필렌이고, 저융점 성분 중합체가 폴리에틸렌인 부직포.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 복합 섬유가 상기 섬유의 전체 중량을 기준하여 최대 약 85%의 저융점 성분 중합체를 포함하는 부직포.
- 올레핀 중합체, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르 및 이들의 블렌드로부터 선택된 고융점 성분 중합체, 및 올레핀 중합체로부터 선택된 저융점 성분 중합체를 포함하고, 상기 고융점 성분 중합체가 상기 저융점 성분 중합체를 둘러싸서 섬유의 길이를 따라 주변 표면을 형성하는 복합 섬유를 포함하는, 패턴 결합된 부직포를 포함하는 일회용품.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 복합 섬유가 외피/코어 배위를 갖고, 스펀본드 섬유인 일회용품.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀 중합체가 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리부틸렌, 및 이들의 블렌드 및 공중합체로부터 선택된 일회용품.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 고융점 성분 중합체 및 저융점 성분 중합체가 올레핀 중합체로부터 선택된 일회용품.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 고융점 성분 중합체가 폴리프로필렌이고, 저융점 성분 중합체가 폴리에틸렌인 일회용품.
