Claims (17)
- 희토류 원소와 전이 금속을 포함하는 자석 분말로서,그 표면의 적어도 일부에 복수개의 볼록부 또는 홈이 병설되어 있되, 그 평균 피치가 0.5 내지 95.1 ㎛이고, 상기 자석 분말 평균 입경이 5 내지 300㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 자석 분말.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,자석 분말의 평균 입경을 a ㎛로 했을때, 상기 볼록부 또는 홈의 평균 길이가 a/40 ㎛ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 자석 분말.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 볼록부의 평균 높이 또는 홈의 평균 깊이가 0.1 내지 10 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 자석 분말.
