Claims (26)
- 기판과 발광 소자부를 가지고,상기 발광 소자부는,전계 발광에 의해서 발광 가능한 발광층과,상기 발광층에 전계를 인가하기 위한 한 쌍의 전극층과,상기 발광층에 있어서 발생한 빛을 전파하기 위한 광전파부와,상기 한 쌍의 전극층 사이에 배치되고, 또한, 일부에 개구부를 가지고, 해당 개구부를 개재하여 상기 발광층에 공급되는 전류가 흐르는 영역을 규정하는 전류 협착층으로서 기능할 수 있는 절연층과,상기 광전파부를 전파하는 빛을 위한 회절 격자를 포함하는 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발광 소자부와 일체적으로 형성된 도파로부를 가지고,상기 도파로부는,상기 광전파부의 적어도 일부와 광학적으로 연속하는 코어층과,상기 절연층과 광학적으로 연속하는 클래드층을 포함하는 발광 장치.
- 기판상에, 발광 소자부와 해당 발광 소자부로부터의 빛을 전달하는 도파로부를 일체적으로 가지고,상기 발광 소자부는,전계 발광에 의해서 발광 가능한 발광층과,상기 발광층에 전계를 인가하기 위한 한 쌍의 전극층과,상기 발광층에 있어서 발생한 빛을 전파하기 위한 광전파부와,상기 광전파부에 접하여 배치되어, 클래드층으로서 기능할 수 있는 절연층과,상기 광전파부를 전파하는 빛을 위한 회절 격자를 포함하고,상기 도파로부는,상기 광전파부의 적어도 일부와 일체적으로 연속하는 코어층과,상기 절연층과 일체적으로 연속하는 클래드층을 포함하는 발광 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 발광층은, 적어도 일부가 상기 절연층에 형성된 개구부에 존재하는 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 절연층의 상기 개구부는, 상기 회절 격자의 주기 방향으로 연장되는 슬릿 형상을 가지는 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 발광층은, 적어도 일부가 상기 절연층에 형성된 상기 개구부에 존재하는 발광 장치.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 한 쌍의 전극층의 한쪽은, 투명한 도전 재료로 이루어지고, 해당 전극층은 상기 광전파부의 적어도 일부 및 상기 코어층으로서도 기능할 수 있는 발광 장치.

- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 회절 격자는, 상기 광전파부에 형성되는 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,적어도 상기 발광 소자부는 보호층에 의해서 덮인 발광 장치.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,더욱이, 상기 도파로부는 그 표면에 전극 추출부를 가지는 발광 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 전극 추출부는, 양극 및 음극을 위한 제 1 및 제 2 전극 추출부로 이루어지고, 해당 제 1 및 제 2 전극 추출부는, 상기 한 쌍의 전극층의 한쪽과 같은 재료로 이루어지는 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발광 소자부는,상기 기판상에 형성되어, 상기 광전파부의 적어도 일부로서 기능할 수 있는 투명한 양극과,상기 양극의 일부에 형성된 회절 격자와,상기 회절 격자에 면하여 개구부를 가지는 절연층과,적어도 일부가 상기 절연층의 개구부에 존재하는 발광층과,음극을 포함하는 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발광 소자부는,상기 기판의 일부에 형성된 회절 격자와,상기 회절 격자상에 형성되어, 상기 광전파부의 적어도 일부로서 기능할 수 있는 투명한 양극과,상기 양극에 면하여 개구부를 가지는 절연층과,적어도 일부가 상기 절연층의 개구부에 존재하는 발광층과,음극을 포함하는 발광 장치.
- 제 13 항 또는 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 발광 소자부와 일체적으로 형성되어, 해당 발광 소자부로부터의 빛을 전달하는 도파로부를 가지고,상기 도파로부는,상기 기판상에 형성되어, 상기 양극과 광학적으로 연속하는 코어층과,상기 코어층의 노출 부분을 덮어, 상기 절연층과 광학적으로 연속하는 클래드층을 포함하는 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발광 소자부는,상기 기판상에 배치되어, 일부에 회절 격자가 형성된 격자기판과,상기 격자기판의 상기 회절 격자상에 형성되어, 상기 광전파부의 적어도 일부로서 기능할 수 있는 투명한 양극과,상기 양극에 면하여 개구부를 가지는 절연층과,적어도 일부가 상기 절연층의 개구부에 존재하는 발광층과,음극을 포함하는 발광 장치.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 발광 소자부와 일체적으로 형성되어, 해당 발광 소자부로부터의 빛을 전달하는 도파로부를 가지고,상기 도파로부는,상기 격자기판상에 형성되어, 상기 양극과 광학적으로 연속하는 코어층과,상기 코어층의 노출 부분을 덮어, 상기 절연층과 광학적으로 연속하는 클래드층을 포함하는 발광 장치.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항, 제 13 항, 제 14 항, 제 16 항, 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 도파로부는, 광섬유를 위치맞춤한 상태로 배치할 수 있는 광섬유 수용부를 가지는 발광 장치.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 광섬유 수용부에 광섬유의 단부가 장착된 광섬유를 가지는 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항, 제 13 항, 제 14 항, 제 16 항, 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 한 쌍의 전극층의 적어도 한쪽은 상기 회절 격자의 일부와 접속되고, 해당 전극층이 상기 절연층과 겹치는 면적을 규정하여 커퍼시턴스를 컨트롤한 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항, 제 13 항, 제 14 항, 제 16 항, 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,더욱이, 전자소자가 실장되는 면을 가지는 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항, 제 13 항, 제 14 항, 제 16 항, 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 회절 격자는 분포 귀환형의 회절 격자인 발광 장치.
- 제 22 항에 있어서,상기 회절 격자는, λ/4 위상 시프트 구조를 가지는 발광 장치.
- 제 22 항에 있어서,상기 회절 격자는 이득 결합형 구조를 가지는 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항, 제 13 항, 제 14 항, 제 16 항, 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 회절 격자는 분포 브래그 반사형의 회절 격자인 발광 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항, 제 13 항, 제 14 항, 제 16 항, 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 발광층은 발광 재료로서 유기 발광 재료를 포함하는 발광 장치.
