Claims (7)
- 대물렌즈가 설치된 블레이드를 포함하는 액츄에이터 어셈블리 및상기 블레이드의 포커스, 트레킹조정을 위한 마그네트를 고정 설치하기 위한 내측요크, 외측요크가 절곡 형성되고, 저면에 구면부가 일체로 형성된 요크 플레이트와;상기 요크 플레이트의 저면에 구면부를 수용하는 범위에서 광축을 보정하기 위한 조정 플레이트와;상기 조정 플레이트의 저면을 밀착 고정하기 위한 다이 캐스팅과;상기 요크 플레이트, 조정 플레이트 및 다이 캐스팅을 포함하여 데크 패널 상으로부터 이동 가능하게 설치되는 픽업베이스와;상기 조정 플레이트 상에 관통 설치되어 다이 캐스팅에 체결 설치되는 조정나사를 포함하는 광축 조정용 광픽업 액츄에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조정 플레이트는 상기 구면부를 수용하기 위한 구형홈부와, 구형홈부의 주변 저면에 적어도 2개 이상 돌출 형성되고 그 중앙에 요크 플레이트와 합체하기 위한 체결공이 형성된 보스와, 가장자리에 상호 대칭되는 지점에 제1나사공이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광축 조정용 광픽업 액츄에이터.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 다이 캐스팅은 상기 보스부분이 안내되어 좌우유동을 저지하기 위한 고정홈과, 중앙 저면에 픽업 베이스상의 콜리메이트 렌즈를 허용하기 위한 통공과, 상기 제1나사공과 수직상으로 일치하는 제2나사공이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광축 조정용 광픽업 액츄에이터.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 조정나사는 상기 조정 플레이트의 제1나사공, 다이 캐스팅의 제2나사공에 스프링을 관통하여 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광축 조정용 광픽업 액츄에이터.
- 제1항에 또는 제2항에 있어서, 조정 플레이트의 기준이 되는 구형홈부에 요크 플레이트의 구면부를 안내하여 블레이드측 대물렌즈의 중심축에 대한 X,Y축 방향의 중심을 조정하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 광축 조정용 광픽업 액츄에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조정 플레이트는 플라스틱 계열의 합성수지로 사출 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 광축 조정용 광픽업 액츄에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조정 플레이트는 다이 캐스팅의 상면에 접착수단에 의해 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 광축 조정용 광픽업 액츄에이터.
