Claims (4)
- 대물 렌즈를 구동하는 액튜에이터가 발광 소자 및 수광 소자가 조립되는 하우징에 설치되는 구성의 광학 헤드 장치에 있어서, 상기 하우징에 대물 렌즈가 장착되는 렌즈 홀더를 일체적으로 형성하고, 상기 렌즈 홀더로부터 액튜에이터 가동부를 조립하여 상기 액튜에이터 가동부가 탄성 지지 부재를 거쳐서 상기 하우징에 지지된 상태에서 상기 렌즈 홀더를 하우징으로부터 분리하여 상기 액튜에이터 가동부를 상기 하우징에 탄성적으로 지지하는 구성인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 헤드 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징에 상기 렌즈 홀더를 연결부를 거쳐서 일체적으로 형성하고, 상기 연결부를 절단하여 상기 렌즈 홀더를 상기 하우징으로부터 분리하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 헤드 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 지지 부재를 제진시키는 덤프제가 충전되는 제진 보조 부재를 상기 하우징에 일체적으로 형성하고, 상기 제진 보조 부재에 상기 탄성 지지 부재 중 한 쪽 단부를 고정하는 부착판을 부착하도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 헤드 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈 홀더와 별도의 부재로 구동 코일을 권취하는 코일 홀더를 설치하고, 상기 코일 홀더를 렌즈 홀더에 합체시켜 렌즈 홀더에 구동 코일을 장착하도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 헤드 장치.
