Claims (9)
- 금속 이온 불순물의 함유량이 모두 500 ppb 이하인 트리알킬아민과 알킬클로라이드를 초순수의 물 중에서 반응시켜 테트라알킬암모늄 클로라이드 수용액을 생성시키고, 이어서 이 테트라알킬암모늄 클로라이드 수용액을 전기 분해 및 전기 투석하여 고순도 테트라알킬암모늄 하이드록사이드 수용액을 생성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도 테트라알킬암모늄 하이드록사이드 수용액의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 이온 불순물이 나트륨 이온 및 칼륨 이온을 포함하고, 나트륨 이온 및 칼륨 이온의 함유량이 모두 50 ppb 이하인 트리알킬아민 및 알킬클로라이드를 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 테트라알킬암모늄 클로라이드 수용액을 생성하는 반응으로부터 고순도 테트라알킬암모늄 하이드록사이드를 생성하는 전기 투석에까지 실질적으로 외기와 접촉시키지 않고 행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고순도 테트라알킬암모늄 하이드록사이드의 수용액은 테트라알킬암모늄 하이드록사이드의 중량 기준으로, 금속 이온 불순물을 500 ppb 이하로 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 트리알킬아민과 알킬클로라이드의 반응에서 트리알킬아민에 대하여 알킬클로라이드를 화학량론적으로 과잉량 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 테트라알킬암모늄 클로라이드 수용액으로부터 미반응 원료를 증발 제거하고, 이 미반응 원료를 초순수의 물에 흡수시키고, 미반응 원료를 흡수한 초순수의 물을 반응계로 순환하여 반응 원료의 일부로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 테트라알킬암모늄 클로라이드 수용액을 전기 분해 및 전기 투석하기 전에 테트라알킬암모늄 클로라이드 수용액으로부터 물을 증발 제거함으로써 농축하고, 이 테트라알킬암모늄 클로라이드 수용액을 임의의 농도로 조정하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 함유되는 금속 이온 불순물의 양이 100 ppb 이하가 되도록 정제된 트리알킬아민과 알킬클로라이드를 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 테트라알킬암모늄 클로라이드 수용액을 얻기 위한 반응 및 이 테트라알킬암모늄 클로라이드 수용액의 전기 분해와 전기 투석을, 적어도 내표면이 금속 이온을 실질적으로 용출하지 않는 재질에 의해 구성된 장치를 사용하고, 또한 이들 장치를 적어도 내표면이 금속 이온을 실질적으로 용출하지 않는 재질에 의해 구성된 기밀성 배관에 의해 연결된 장치를 사용하여 행하는 방법.
