Claims (2)
- 에어모터를 구성하는 본체내에 상하의 경판에 끼워 넣은 원통상의 실린더를 편심시켜서 배치하고, 상기 본체내벽과 상기 실린더의 외벽의 사이에 생긴 초승달 모양의 스페이스에 스테이터를 배치하며, 스테이터에는 본체에 형성한 도입포트로부터의 에어를 실린더측의 도입구멍에 연통하는 통로를 형성하고, 해당 통로의 출입구주위에는 통로의 기밀성을 유지하는 O링을 배치하는 동시에 상기 O링의 탄성력에 의해 상기 실린더를 본체내벽면측에 밀어 붙여서 실린더의 위치결정을 실시하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 에어모터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 상하의 경판은 상기 실린더를 걸어 고정하기 위한 원주단부를 설치하는 동시에, 실린더에 설치한 도입구멍을을 통하여 실린더내에 도입한 에어를 실린더외로 배출시키는 배출홈을 형성하고, 또한 상기 스테이터의 상하에 형성한 돌기를 경판에 설치한 걸어맞춤구멍에 삽착시켜서 원주단부의 일단에 고정한 것을 특징으로 하는 에어모터.
