Claims (6)
- 황산화물(SOX) 및 /또는 질소산화물(NOX)를 함유하는 배기가스에 암모니아를 첨가한 다음 전자빔을 조사하여, 당해가스로부터 황산화물 및 /또는 질소산화물을 제거하는 배기가스 처리방법에 있어서,우선 암모니아가스를 공기와 균일하게 혼합하고, 이어서 그 가스 혼합물과 물을 균질하게 기체·액체혼합하여 반응기에 분무주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자빔 조사 배기가스 처리방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,물(水)에 대한 암모니아가스와 공기의 가스 혼합물의 비율은 0.1∼20L/㎥의 범위내이고; 또한, 가스혼합물중의 암모니아 양은 가스혼합물 중의 황산화물 및/또는 질소산화물을 각각 황산암모늄 및/또는 질산암모늄으로 변화시키는데 필요한 양이고, 물의 양은 반응기 출구의 배기가스온도를 물의 노점 내지 100℃의 범위로 조정하는데 필요한 양인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자빔 조사 배기가스 처리방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,암모니아가스와 공기를 혼합한 후, 이어서 그 가스혼합물을 물과 기체·액체 혼합시킬때까지의 배관온도를 60℃이상으로 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자빔조사 배기가스 처리방법.
- 제 1항에 기재된 방법을 실시하기 위하여, 암모니아가스와 공기의 균일가스 혼합물과 물을 균질하게 기체·액체혼합하여 반응기에 분무 주입시키도록, 2-유체 노즐에 구비된 기체·액체 혼합실을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전자빔 조사 배기가스 처리장치.
- 제 2항에 기재된 방법을 실시하게 위하여, 암모니아가스와 공기의 균일가스 혼합물과 물을 균질하게 기체·액체혼합하여 반응기에 분무 주입시키도록, 2-유체 노즐에 구비된 기체·액체 혼합실을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전자빔 조사 배기가스 처리장치.
- 제 3항에 기재된 방법을 실시하기 위하여, 암모니아가스와 공기의 균일가스 혼합물과 물을 균질하게 기체·액체혼합하여 반응기에 분무 주입시키도록, 2-유체 노즐을 구비한 기체·액체 혼합실을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전자빔 조사배기가스 처리장치.
