Claims (19)
- 플라스마중합에 의한 금속 피착재의 내식코팅방법에 있어서,피착재는 기계적, 화학적 및/또는 전기 화학적인 평활화 처리되고,연이어 온도가 섭씨 200 도 이하이고 압력 10-5내지 100 mbar에서의 플라스마에 노출시키어서, 제1단계로 저감된 플라스마에서 표면이 활성화되고, 제2단계로 적어도 하나의 탄화수소 또는 실리콘유기성형체를 포함하는 플라스마로부터 플라스마폴리머가 피착제 표면에 퇴적되는데, 이 탄화수소- 또는 실리콘유기성형재는 불소원자를 포함할 수 있고, 또 이 탄화수소 또는 실리콘유기성형체는 플라스마 분위기 하에서 증발될 수 있으며, 그리고 이 탄화수소 또는 실리콘유기성형체는 산소, 질소 또는 유황을 옵션으로 함유하는 것이 특징인 플라스마중합에 의한 금속 피착재의 내식코팅방법.

- 제15항에 있어서, 부식억제제는 0,1 내지 1중량-%의 폴리아닐린(polyaniline)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 플라스마 코팅된 금속피착재는 추가로 어떤 코팅이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기 제 청구항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법을 알루미늄-열교환기, 특히 리브붙임관형에 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이용 방법.
- 상기 1항 내지 17항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법을 적용하여 얻어지는 내식 코팅이 된 금속 기판
