Description
Claims (6)
- 외부 공기를 유입시키는 공기 유입구와 정화된 공기를 배출하는 공기 배출구를 구비하는 엔클로저와;상기 외부 공기에 존재하는 화학 물질을 제거하기 위해 상기 엔클로저에 설치된 화학 필터와;상기 외부 공기에 존재하는 먼지를 제거하기 위해 상기 엔클로저에 설치된 먼지 필터와;상기 외부 공기를 상기 공기 유입구를 통해 상기 엔클로저에 유입시키고 상기 정화된 공기를 상기 엔클로저의 외부로 배출하기 위해 상기 엔클로저에 설치된 팬; 및상기 엔클로저의 내부 및 외부 부재 사이에 일체적으로 형성되며, 상기 화학 필터를 통과한 상기 외부 공기의 일부를 상기 먼지 필터를 통과시키지 않으면서 상기 팬의 업스트림 측으로 되돌리기 위한 우회 경로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 필터 유닛.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 팬의 업스트림 측으로 되돌려진 상기 외부 공기의 양을 조정하기 위해 상기 우회 경로에 제공된 조절판을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 필터 유닛.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 조절판은 상기 엔클로저의 상기 공기 배기구에서의 공기의 속도가 소정의 값에 설정되도록 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 필터 유닛.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 공기에 존재하는 화학 물질의 농도를 감지하기 위한 센서를 더 포함하고,상기 조절판은 감지 결과에 따라 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 필터 유닛.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 센서는 클린룸 자체 내의 공기에 존재하는 화학 물질의 농도를 감지하기 위해 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 필터 유닛.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 센서는 클린룸의 공기 순환 공간에 존재하는 화학 물질의 농도를 감지하기 위해 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 팬 필터 유닛.
