Abstract
Description
Claims (3)
- 액정층을 사이에 두고 대향하는 상, 하부 기판과,상기 하부 기판상에 형성되고, 액정층내의 액정 분자들을 구동시키는 상대 전극과 화소 전극과,상기 상대 전극과 대응되는 위치의 상부 기판의 액정층 대향면에 형성되는 정전기 디스차아지 전극을 포함하며,상기 상부 기판의 정전기 디스차아지 전극은 상기 상대 전극의 폭보다 좁은 폭을 갖고, 상기 상대 전극과 전기적으로 접속된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 디스차아지 전극은, 투명 전도체 또는 Cr, MoW, Mo/Al/Mo와 같은 불투명 전도체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 디스차아지 전극은, 상, 하 기판의 합착시, 하부 기판의 상대 전극과 은 페이스트 도팅(Ag paste dotting)되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
