Claims (8)
- 대향하여 배치된 양극 포일 및 음극 포일과, 이들 양극 포일과 음극 포일 사이에 샌드위치처럼 격리지로 이루어져 형성된 콘덴서 소자 그리고 전해액을 함유하는 전해 콘덴서에 있어서, 상기 격리지 중의 카티온 함량이 500 ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 콘덴서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 카티온은 상기 격리지의 원료 물질 또는 그 제조공정으로부터 유도되며, 세정처리의 결과로서 상기에 기술한 함량까지 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 콘덴서.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 전해액이 유기용매 20 ∼ 80 중량%와 물 80 ∼20 중량%로 이루어진 용매와, 카르복실산 또는 이의 염 및 무기산 또는 이의 염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 최소한 한가지 전해질을 함유하는 것이 특징인 전해 콘데서.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매가 프로톤계 용매, 비프로톤계 용매 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 콘덴서.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 카르복실산 또는 이의 염이 포름산, 아세트산, 프로피온산, 부티르산, p-니트로벤조산, 살리실산, 벤조산, 옥살산, 말론산, 숙신산, 글루타르산, 아디프산, 푸마르산, 말레산, 프탈산, 아젤라산, 시트르산, 하이드록시부티르산, 그리고 이들의 암모늄, 나트륨, 칼륨, 아민 및 알킬 암모늄염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 콘덴서.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 무기산 또는 이의 염이 인산, 아인산, 차아인산, 붕산, 설파믹산 그리고 이들의 암모늄, 나트륨, 칼륨, 아민 및 알킬 암모늄염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 콘덴서.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 전해액이 아래의 군:(1) 킬레이트 화합물,(2) 삭카라이드류,(3) 하이드록시벤질 알콜 및/또는 L-글루타믹-디아세트산 또는 이의 염,(4) 니트로 화합물 그리고(5) 글루콘산 및/또는 글루코닉 락톤.으로부터 선택되는 최소한 한가지 첨가제를 포함하는 것이 특징인 전해 콘덴서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전해 콘덴서가 알루미늄 전해 콘덴서인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 콘덴서.
