Claims (19)
- 공작물 (26) 기계가공용의 머쉬이닝 센터로서, 이 머쉬이닝 센터는 하나 이상의 공작대 (22, 22' 및 22") 와, 공작물 캐리어 (15) 와, 그립퍼 (gripper) 로 구성되며, 하나 이상의 공작대 (22, 22' 및 22") 는 기계가공영역 (28) 에 설치된 하나 이상의 공작물 (26) 을 가공할 수 있는 기계가공 공구 (24) 를 설치하는데 적합하고, 회전구동 가능한 하나 이상의 동작 스핀들 (23) 을 가지며, 공작물 캐리어 (15) 는 공작물이 공작물 캐리어 (15) 상에 설치된 지지장치 (25) 에 의해 이탈 가능하게 고정될 수 있게 하며, 또한, 공작대 (22, 22' 및 22") 와 공작물 캐리어 (15) 가 상호간 이동될 수 있으며, 공작물 캐리어 (15) 용의 운반 및 위치선정장치 (16) 에 의해 공작물 캐리어 (15) 가 기계가공영역 (28) 과 기계가공영역 (28) 외부에 설치된 공작물 교환실 (35) 사이에서 이동될 수 있으며, 그립퍼는 기계가공될 공작물 (26) 과 이미 기계가공된 공작물을 교환하기 위하여, 위 또는 측면으로부터 공작물 교환실 (35) 내의 공작물 준비실 (37) 로부터 공작물늘 수용하고, 승강시켜서 기계가공영역 (28) 쪽으로 운반하고, 기계가공된 후에, 위 또는 측면에서 공작물 교환실 (35) 내의 공작물 적재실 (38) 로 적재시키는 공작물 기계가공용의 머쉬이닝 센터에 있어서, 상기 공작물 캐리어 (15) 상의 상기 지지장치 (25) 는 상기 그립퍼를 구성하며, 상기 그립퍼는 상기 공작물 (26) 을 기계가공 실행부 (engagement) 쪽으로 이동시키며, 각각 선택되어 기계가공될 각각의 상기 공작물 (26) 은 공작물 교환실에서 새 공작물이 놓이고 상기 공작대 (22, 22' 및 22") 의 상기 회전 작동 스핀들 (23) 상에 설치된 상기 기계가공공구 (24) 에 의해 기계가공되는 중에 픽업후 공작물 교환실에 놓이게 까지 상기 스립퍼 (25) 상에 계속해서 지지되며, 또한 상기 공작물 캐리어 (15) 는 상기 위치선정장치 (16) 내에 지지장치 (25) 와 함께 교체될 수 있게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물 기계가공용의 머쉬이닝 센터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 공작물 준비실 (37) 은 상기 기계가공 적재실 (38) 과 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물 기계가공용의 머쉬이닝 센터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 기계가공될 또는 이미 기계가공된 공작물 (26) 을 상기 공작물 교환실 (35) 로부터 공급 및/또는 제거하기 위한 공작물 운반 장치 (45, 45') 가 제공되고, 상기 공작물 운반장치는 컨베이어 벨트 형태 또는 원형 인덱싱 테이블 (indexing table) 형태로 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물 기계가공용의 머쉬이닝 센터.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공작물 캐리어 (15) 는 고정 플레이트 (47) 를 포함하고, 이 고정 플레이트의 바닥측 (48) 상에 상기 지지장치 (25) 가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물 기계가공용의머쉬이닝 센터.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기계가공영역 (28) 아래에 쉐이빙 수용 통로 (53) 가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물 기계가공용의 머쉬이닝 센터.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 공작대 (22, 22' 및 22") 의 동작 스핀들 (23) 의 회전축선 (32) 이 수평으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물 기계가공용의 머쉬이닝 센터.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 근접 위치하며 독립적으로 구동되는 두 개 이상의 공작대 (22', 22") 가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물 기계가공용의 머쉬이닝 센터.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공작물 캐리어 (15) 는 선형 안내부 (76) 에 의해 상기 위치선정장치 (16) 상에 설치되고, 교체를 위하여 상기 선형 안내부 (76) 를 따라 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물 기계가공용의 머쉬이닝 센터.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나의 공작물 캐리어 교환장치 (58) 가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물 기계가공용의 머쉬이닝 센터.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 공작물 캐리어 교환 장치 (58) 는 공작물 캐리어 (15, 15') 용의 2 개의 적재장소 (66, 67) 를 구비한 이분된 홀더 (62) 를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물 기계가공용의 머쉬이닝 센터.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 홀더 (62) 는 상기 위치선정장치 (16) 상에 설치된 상기 공작물 캐리어 (15) 쪽 및 반대 방향 (이중화살표 65) 으로 변환될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물 기계가공용의 머쉬이닝 센터.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 홀더 (62) 는 교환위치와 적재위치 사이에서, 특히 수평축선 (78) 에 대하여 선회 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물 기계가공용의 머쉬이닝 센터.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 공작물 캐리어 교환장치 (58) 는 다른 지지장치 (25) 를 구비한 공작물 캐리어 (15, 15')용의 관련 공작물 캐리어 저장실 (57) 을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물 기계가공용의 머쉬이닝 센터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 하나의 공작물 캐리어 교환실 (92) 의 설비에서 상기위치선정장치 (16) 가 기계가공 작업에 필요한 상기 공작물 캐리어 (15') 를 공급장치 (93) 에서 픽업하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물 기계가공용의 머쉬이닝 센터.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 위치선정장치 (16) 가 상기 공급장치 (93) 상에서 더 이상 필요없는 공작물 캐리어 (15) 을 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물 기계가공용의 머쉬이닝 센터.
- 제 14 항 또는 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 공작물 캐리어 교환실 (92) 은 상기 공작물 교환실 (35) 과 동일하고, 상기 공급장치 (93) 는 상기 공작물 운반장치 (45, 45') 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물 기계가공용의 머쉬이닝 센터.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 공급 및/또는 제거되는 상기 공작물 캐리어 (15, 15') 용의 하나 이상의 지지장치 (94) 의 상기 공작물 운반장치 (45, 45') 상에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물 기계가공용의 머쉬이닝 센터.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공작물 캐리어 (15) 는 상기 위치선정장치 (16) 에 의해 수직방향 (7) 과 제 1 수평운동방향 (6) 으로 향하여 이동될 수 있고, 상기 공작대 (22) 는 상기 방향들과 수직의제 2 수평운동방향 (18) 으로 이동될 수 있으며, 상기 공작물 캐리어 (15) 는 수직축선 (12) 에 대하여 회전될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물 기계가공용의 머쉬이닝 센터.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 상기 공작대 (22, 22' 및 22") 는 공구 저장실 (55) 과 이 저장실에 연결된 공구 교환기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물 기계가공용의 머쉬이닝 센터.
