Claims (4)
- 엔진을 제어하는 엔진 제어수단이 아이들 상태의 공기 흐름을 제어하는 ISA의 대시포트 공기량을 제어하는 아이들 제어방법에 있어서,(a) 엔진 회전수 및 드로틀 개도량을 포함한 데이터를 입력받는 단계;(b) 상기 엔진 회전수 및 드로틀 개도량을 기초로 대시포트 공기량을 설정하는 단계;(c) 드로틀 오프 상태로 진입한 것인가 판단하는 단계;(d) 드로틀 오프 상태로 진입한 것으로 판단된 경우에, 진입 시점으로부터 엔진 회전수가 감소하기 시작하여 극소점이 될 때까지의 엔진 회전수의 감소폭(편차)을 계산하는 단계;(e) 상기 엔진 회전수 편차(DN)와 기설정된 목표편차(DNS)와의 차이값을 누적하는 단계;(f) 상기 누적값을 기초로 대시포트 학습 공기량을 계산하는 단계;(g) 대시포트 공기량을 재설정하는 단계;를 포함하는 아이들 제어방법.
- 제1항에서,상기(b)단계 후에는,(h) 냉각수온이 설정온도 이상인지 판단하는 단계;를 더 포함하고,상기(c)단계는 상기 (h)단계에서 냉각수온이 설정온도 이상인 경우에 수행되며,상기(h)단계에서 설정온도 이상이 아닌 경우에는 상기 (a)단계로 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아이들 제어방법.
- 제2항에서, 상기 (d) 단계는,엔진 회전수 변화량(△N)을 계산하고, 드로틀 오프 진입 시점으로부터 상기 엔진 회전수 변화량(△N)이 음수에서 양수로 변화될 때까지의 엔진 회전수 변화폭을 엔진 회전수 편차로 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아이들 제어방법.
- 제3항에서,상기(c)단계에서 드로틀 오프 상태 진입이 아닌 것으로 판단된 경우에,(i) 드로틀 오프 상태인가 판단하는 단계;(j) 드로틀 오프 상태인 경우에 대시포트 공기량을 감쇠 제어하는 단계(k) 시동이 종료되었는지 판단하는 단계;를 더 포함하고,상기(i)단계에서 드로틀 오프 상태가 아닌 경우, 또는 상기 (k) 단계에서 시동이 종료되지 않은 경우에는 상기 (a)단계로 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아이들 제어방법.
