Claims (6)
- 연속주조용 노즐의 용강과 접촉하는 내측구멍표층부가, 1800℃ 이상의 융점을 가지는 골재가 15∼60 중량%이고 나머지가 납석(蠟石, agalmatolite)으로 이루어진 조성물에 의해 형성되며,상기 골재는 알루미나(Al2O3)이거나 또는 알루미나(Al2O3)를 주성분으로 하는 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 용강의 연속주조용 노즐.
- 융점 1800℃ 이상의 알루미나(Al2O3) 또는 알루미나(Al2O3)를 주성분으로 하는 융점 1800℃ 이상의 재료를 골재로서 준비하고, 또한 납석(蠟石, agalmatolite)을 준비하는 단계;상기 준비된 골재와 납석을 배합하여 상기 골재가 15∼60 중량%이고 나머지가 상기 납석(蠟石, agalmatolite)으로 이루어진 조성물을 만드는 단계; 및상기 조성물에 결합재를 혼합하여 성형한 후 비산화분위기에서 소성하여 연속주조용 노즐의 용강과 접촉하는 내측구멍표층부를 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용강의 연속주조용 노즐의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 납석은 입경 250㎛ 이하인 납석을 포함하고 있고 그 입경 250㎛ 이하인 납석은 전체 납석의 배합비량의 60중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 용강의 연속주조용 노즐.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 납석이, 파이로필라이트(Al2O3·4SiO2·H2O)를 주성분으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용강의 연속주조용 노즐.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 납석은, 800℃ 이상에서 하소하여 결정수를 소실시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 용강의 연속주조용 노즐.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 결합재가 열경화성 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 용강의 연속주조용 노즐의 제조방법.
