Claims (4)
- 다수개의 캐소우드 전극(Kn)과 애노드 전극(Am)이 매트릭스 구조로 이루어져 있고, 각 캐소우드 전극(Kn)과 애노드 전극(Am)이 교차되는 교차점에 셀(Cnm)이 형성되어 있는 플라즈마 표시장치에 있어서,상기 캐소우드 전극(Kn)의 어드레싱 동작이 완료된 후, 방전 개시를 위한 라이팅 주기와 주기성을 갖는 방전 유지를 위한 서스테잉 주기를 포함하는 서스테잉 기간에 설정 시간 동안 서스테잉 펄스를 추가로 발생시켜 서스테잉 시간을 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 표시 장치의 구동 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,서스테잉 기간 내에 포함되어 있는 라이팅 주기에 서스테잉 펄스를 추가로 발생시켜 서스테잉 펄스의 주기를 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 표시장치의 구동 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,n번째 캐소우드 전극이 어드레싱 되어진 후부터 1번째 캐소우드 전극이 소멸되는 기간까지의 라이팅 주기에 서스테잉 펄스를 추가로 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 표시장치의 구동 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,1번째 캐소우드 전극이 소멸되는 시간부터 n번째 캐소우드 전극이 소멸되는 시간까지의 라이팅 주기에 서스테잉 펄스를 인가하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 표시장치의 구동방법.
