Claims (51)
- 화상 담지 부재와 접촉 가능하고, 화상 담지 부재로부터 토너를 제거하는 브러시 롤러와,상기 화상 담지 부재용 구동력 전달 경로와는 상이한 브러시 구동력 전달 경로와,상기 화상 담지 부재의 회전 방향에 대하여 상기 브러시 롤러의 하류측에서 화상 담지 부재에 접촉 가능한 블레이드 부재와,상기 브러시 롤러에 접촉되어 브러시 롤러의 브러시로부터 토너를 긁어내는 긁기 부재를 포함하며,상기 브러시 롤러는 화상 담지 부재의 회전 속도보다 작은 회전 속도로 상기 브러시 구동력 전달 경로를 통해 회전되고,상기 브러시 롤러의 회전 방향은 화상 담지 부재 및 상기 브러시 롤러가 서로 접촉되는 위치에서 브러시 롤러의 주연 이동 방향이 화상 담지 부재의 주연 이동 방향과 반대가 되게 하는 방향이고,상기 브러시 롤러의 브러시는 전도성 섬유의 파일을 포함하고,상기 긁기 부재와 상기 브러시 롤러 사이의 접촉 위치는 상기 브러시 롤러의 회전 방향에 대하여 상기 긁기 부재가 고정되는 위치의 상류측이고,상기 긁기 부재의 브러시 롤러 내로의 유입 거리는 상기 브러시 롤러의 화상 담지 부재 내로의 유입 거리보다 크고,상기 브러시 롤러의 단위 시간당 회전수는 상기 화상 담지 부재의 단위 시간당 회전수보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 클리닝 장치.

- 제40항에 있어서, 상기 화상 담지 부재를 회전시키기 위한 제2 구동력 전달 경로와 상이한 것으로, 상기 브러시 롤러를 회전시키기 위한 제1 구동력 전달 경로를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 클리닝 장치.
- 제40항에 있어서, 화상 담지 부재의 회전 방향에 대하여 상기 브러시 롤러의 하류측에서 화상 담지 부재에 접촉 가능한 블레이드 부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 클리닝 장치.
- 제40항에 있어서, 상기 브러시 롤러에 접촉되어 브러시 롤러의 브러시로부터 토너를 긁어내는 긁기 부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 클리닝 장치.
- 제43항에 있어서, 상기 긁기 부재와 상기 브러시 롤러 사이의 접촉 위치는 상기 브러시 롤러의 회전 방향에 대하여 상기 긁기 부재가 고정되는 위치의 상류측인 것을 특징으로 하는 클리닝 장치.
- 제44항에 있어서, 상기 긁기 부재와 브러시 롤러 사이의 접촉 지점에서 브러시 롤러의 접선과 긁기 부재 사이에 형성된 각은 브러시 롤서의 주연 이동 방향에 대한 하류측에서의 45도보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 클리닝 장치.
- 제43항 내지 제45항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 긁기 부재의 브러시 롤러 내로의 유입 거리는 상기 브러시 롤러의 화상 담지 부재 내로의 유입 거리보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 클리닝 장치.
- 제43항에 있어서, 상기 긁기 부재는 가요성 시트인 것을 특징으로 하는 클리닝 장치.
- 제41항에 있어서, 상기 브러시 롤러에 의해 제거된 토너를 전송하기 위한 전송 수단을 더 포함하고, 상기 제1 구동력 전달 경로는 상기 전송 수단을 구동시키기에 효과적인 것을 특징으로 하는 클리닝 장치.
- 제40항에 있어서, 상기 브러시 롤러의 브러시는 도전성 섬유의 파일을 포함하고, 상기 브러시 롤러의 회전 샤프트의 단부는 스프링을 통해 전지 접지된 것을 특징으로 하는 클리닝 장치.
- 제40항에 있어서, 상기 클리닝 장치가 상기 화상 담지 부재와 함께 화상 형성 장치의 주 조립체에 착탈식으로 장착 가능한 프로세스 카트리지 내에 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 클리닝 장치.
- 제40항에 있어서, 상기 클리닝 장치는 화상 담지 부재와 함께 화상 형성 장치 내에 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 클리닝 장치.
