Description
Claims (7)
- CDMA방식에 사용되는 휴대전화에 있어서,기지국으로부터 제1 통신신호와 송신전력 제어신호를 수신하고, 상기 기지국으로 제2 통신신호를 송신하는 안테나;상기 안테나에 접속된 공용기;상기 공용기를 거쳐서 상기 안테나에 접속되고, 상기 제1 통신신호를 음성신호코드로 변환하고, 상기 기지국으로부터 보내져 온 상기 송신전력 제어신호에서 얻어지는 전력제어신호를 출력하는 수신기;상기 수신기와 음향변환기에 접속되고, 상기 음성신호코드를 상기 음향변환기를 구동하기 위한 오디오신호로 변환하고, 상기 음향변환기로부터의 오디오입력신호를 입력 음성코드신호로 변환하는 부호/복호장치;상기 부호/복호장치에 접속됨과 동시에 상기 공용기를 거쳐서 안테나에 접속되고, 상기 입력 음성코드신호를 상기 제2 통신신호로 변환하는 송신기 및;상기 수신기와 상기 송신기에 접속되고, 상기 송신기의 진폭을 제어하는 컨트롤러를 구비하고,상기 송신기는 가변증폭기와 전력증폭기를 포함하고,상기 컨트롤러는 중앙처리장치와 메모리를 포함하고,상기 컨트롤러는 먼저 개방루프 전력제어가 실행되고 다음에 폐쇄루프 전력제어가 상기 전력제어신호에 따라서 실행되는 방식으로 상기 송신기를 제어해서, 상기 기지국이 요구하는 범위로 수속되도록 송신전력을 제어하며,상기 컨트롤러는 상기 메모리에 기억된 바이어스와 이득 데이타의 세트를 사용해서 상기 가변증폭기의 이득과 상기 전력증폭기의 바이어스조건을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대전화.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 컨트롤러는 펄스발생기를 더 포함하고,상기 펄스발생기는 상기 전력증폭기에 접속되어 바이어스제어신호로서 펄스를 인가하고, 상기 컨트롤러는 상기 펄스의 펄스폭을 제어해서 상기 바이어스조건을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대전화.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 컨트롤러는 펄스발생기를 더 포함하고,상기 펄스발생기는 상기 전력증폭기에 접속되어 바이어스제어신호로서 펄스를 인가하고, 상기 컨트롤러는 상기 펄스의 펄스강도를 제어해서 상기 바이어스조건을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대전화.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 전력증폭기는 상기 펄스를 평활하는 평활회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대전화.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 전력증폭기는 상기 펄스를 평활하는 평활회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대전화.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 송신기는 상기 컨트롤러에 접속된 신호발생기를 더 포함하고,상기 신호발생기는 상기 가변증폭기와 상기 전력증폭기에 접속되어 이득제어신호와 바이어스제어신호를 상기 가변증폭기와 상기 전력증폭기로 각각 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대전화.
- CDMA방식에 사용되는 휴대전화에 있어서,기지국으로부터 제1 통신신호와 송신전력 제어신호를 수신하고, 상기 기지국으로 제2 통신신호를 송신하는 안테나;상기 안테나에 접속된 공용기;상기 공용기를 거쳐서 상기 안테나에 접속되고, 상기 제1 통신신호를 음성신호코드로 변환하고, 상기 기지국으로부터 보내져 온 상기 송신전력 제어신호에서 얻어지는 전력제어신호를 출력하는 수신기;상기 수신기와 음향변환기에 접속되고, 상기 음성신호코드를 상기 음향변환기를 구동하기 위한 오디오신호로 변환하고, 상기 음향변환기로부터의 오디오입력신호를 입력 음성코드신호로 변환하는 부호/복호장치;상기 부호/복호장치에 접속됨과 동시에 상기 공용기를 거쳐서 안테나에 접속되고, 상기 입력 음성코드신호를 상기 제2 통신신호로 변환하는 송신기 및;상기 수신기와 상기 송신기에 접속되고, 상기 송신기의 진폭을 제어하는 컨트롤러를 구비하고,상기 송신기는 가변증폭기와 전력증폭기를 포함하고,상기 전력증폭기는 최대전력 검출기를 포함하고,상기 컨트롤러는 중앙처리장치와 메모리를 포함하고,상기 컨트롤러는 먼저 개방루프 전력제어가 실행되고 다음에 폐쇄루프 전력제어가 상기 전력제어신호에 따라서 실행되는 방식으로 상기 송신기를 제어해서, 상기 기지국이 요구하는 범위로 수속되도록 송신전력을 제어하고,상기 컨트롤러는 상기 메모리에 기억된 바이어스와 이득 데이타의 관계를 규정하는 함수를 사용해서 상기 가변증폭기의 이득과 상기 전력증폭기의 바이어스조건을 제어하며,상기 최대전력 검출기는 상기 전력증폭기의 출력전력을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대전화.
