Claims (15)
- 강판을 두 장 포개어 한 쌍의 전극 사이에 끼우고 면압 12.6kgf /mm2의 가압을 건 때의 전극간의 접촉 저항치가 8mΩ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 Sn계 도금 강판.
- 강판을 두장 포개어 한 쌍의 전극 사이에 끼우고 면압 12.6kgf /mm2의 가압을 건 때의 전극간의 접촉 저항치가 0.1 내지 8mΩ인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 연료 탱크용 용융 Sn계 도금 강판.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,아래 식에서 정의하는 유효 발열비가 0.2 이상인 용융 Sn계 도금 강판유효 발열비 = 판·판 사이의 접촉 저항 / 전접촉 저항
- 강판의 표면조도가 RMS : 2μm 이하이고, 강판 표면에 화성 처리 피막을 편면당 합계 0.005 내지 2g/m2이하로 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 Sn계 도금 강판.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 표면의 화성 처리 피막에, Cr, Si, P 중 한 종류 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 Sn계 도금 강판.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 표면의 화성 처리 피막에 Cr을 함유하고, 상기 Cr의 부착량이 금속 Cr환산으로 10 내지 100mg/m2인 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 Sn계 도금 강판.
- 강판의 표면조도가 RMS : 2μm이하이고, 강판 표면에 화성처리 피막을 실질적으로 가지고 있지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 Sn계 도금강판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,강판표면에, Sn을 함유하는 금속간 화합물상과 Ni, Co 등의 비금속 합금으로 구성되는 금속상의 혼합상으로 구성되는 제 1층과, 상기 제 1층의 위에 80% 이상의 Sn으로 구성되는 제 2층을 구비하고, 상기 금속간 화합물 상의 면적율이 1 내지 100% 미만이고 두께가 3μm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 Sn계 도금 강판.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 층의 표면조도가 RMS : 2.5μm이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 Sn계 도금강판.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 및 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 도금층 표면의 광택도가 30이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 Sn계 도금 강판.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 Sn계 도금 부착량이 편면당 10 내지 70g/m2인 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 Sn계 도금 강판.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 Sn계 도금층 중의 Zn량이 1 내지 40% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 Sn계 도금 강판.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 Sn계 도금층 중의 Mg, Ca량이 합계로 0.2 내지 10%인 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 Sn계 도금 강판.

- 강판의 표면조도가 RMS : 2μm 이하이고, 강판 표면에 수지피막을 편면당 합계 0.005 내지 2g/m2이하로 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 저항 용접성을 구비한 용융 Sn계 도금 강판.
