Claims (15)
- 실란과 그라프트되기 전에(i) 용융 유동 비, I10/ I2≥ 5.63;(ii) 하기 식으로 정의되는 분자량 분포, Mw/MnMw/ Mn≤ (I10/ I2) - 4.63;(iii) 0.850 내지 0.91 g/㎤ 의 밀도; 및(iv) 거의 동일한 I2및 Mw/Mn을 갖는 선형 올레핀 중합체의 초기 표면 용융 파단에서의 임계 전단비 보다 50% 이상 더 큰 초기 표면 용융 파단에서의 임계 전단비를 가짐을 특징으로 하는, 실란 가교결합제와 그라프트된 실질적으로 선형인 경화성 에틸렌 중합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 실란 가교결합제가 에틸렌형 불포화 하이드로카빌기와 가수분해성 기를 포함하는 불포화된 실란인 그라프트된 중합체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 실란 가교결합제가 에틸렌 중합체 100부당 0.5 내지 5부의 양으로 존재하는 그라프트된 중합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,에틸렌 중합체가 에틸렌과 탄소수 3 내지 20의 α-올레핀 하나이상과의 공중합체인 그라프트된 중합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,적어도 부분 경화후에 그라프트된 중합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,충전제와 결합된 그라프트된 중합체.
- (A) 중합체의 용융물을 제조하는 단계;(B) 주위 온도에서 상기 단계(A)의 용융물에 약 0.5 내지 약 5phr의 실란 가교결합제를 혼합하는 단계; 및(C) 약 50중량% 이상의 실란 가교결합제가 공중합체에 그라프트되도록 상기 단계(B)의 용융물에 전리선을 조사하거나, 상기 단계(B)의 용융물을 유리 라디칼 개시제와 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는,(i) 용융 유동 비, I10/ I2≥ 5.63;(ii) 하기 식으로 정의되는 분자량 분포, Mw/MnMw/ Mn≤ (I10/I2) - 4.63;(iii) 0.850 내지 0.91 g/㎤ 의 밀도; 및(iv) 거의 동일한 I2및 Mw/Mn을 갖는 선형 올레핀 중합체의 초기 표면 용융 파단에서의 임계 전단비 보다 50% 이상 더 큰 초기 표면 용융 파단에서의 임계 전단비를 가짐을 특징으로 하는, 실란 가교결합제와 그라프트된 실질적으로 선형인 경화성 에틸렌 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,(D) 가교 촉매 0.015 내지 0.035 phr을 (C)의 용융물에 혼합하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,(E) 케이블 위에 (D)의 용융물을 압출시키는 단계; 및 임의로,(F) 케이블 위에서 압출된 용융물을 경화시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,실란 가교결합제를 첨가하기 전에 단계(A)의 용융물에 중합체의 중량을 기준으로 충전제 20 내지 80 중량%를 혼합하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 9 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 케이블.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, (E) 단계(D)의 용융물을 내후성 스트립으로 성형하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 12 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 내후성 스트립.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,(E) 단계(D)의 용융물을 섬유로 압출시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 14 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 섬유.
