Description
Claims (3)
- 직선 안내 장치의 슬라이더의 제조 방법에 있어서,슬라이더의 핵이 되는 금속제 블록 본체를 기계 가공에 의해 소정의 형상으로 형성함과 동시에, 상기 블록 본체 상에 볼의 부하 구름면을 형성하는 제 1 단계, 및상기 제 1 단계에서 형성된 블록 본체를 금형 내에 삽입해서 합성수지의 사출성형을 행하고, 상기 블록 본체의 부하 구름면의 양측에 볼 유지부를 부착하는 제 2 단계를 포함하고 있으며,상기 제 1 단계에서는 블록 본체에 형성된 부하 구름면의 길이 방향으로 양쪽 가장자리를 따라 한 쌍의 용융합성수지 차폐용 평활면을 형성하고, 그리고상기 제 2 단계에서는 상기 평활면에 대해 금형에 설치된 돌출 지지부를 접촉시켜서 상기 블록 본체를 금형 내의 소정의 위치에 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 직선 안내 장치의 슬라이더의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 단계에서 금형 내에 블록 본체를 고정할 때에, 상기 블록 본체의 부하 구름면과 상기 금형 측의 돌출 지지부 사이에 공간이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직선 안내 장치의 슬라이더의 제조 방법.
- 무한 순환하는 볼의 부하 구름면을 갖고 있는 금속제 블록 본체 상에 합성수지부가 사출성형으로 부착되고, 상기 부하 구름면의 양측에 볼의 유지부가 형성되는 직선 안내 장치의 슬라이더에 있어서,상기 사출성형 시에 블록 본체의 고정 기준이 되는 한 쌍의 용융합성수지 차폐용 평활면이 상기 부하 구름면의 길이 방향을 따른 양쪽 가장자리에 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직선 안내 장치의 슬라이더.
