Description
以下、本発明に係る運動案内装置の実施形態について図面を参照しつつ説明する。なお、以下の実施形態は、各請求項に係る発明を限定するものではなく、また、実施形態の中で説明されている特徴の組み合わせの全てが発明の解決手段に必須であるとは限らない。
以上説明した第1の実施形態に係る運動案内装置1では、転動体30としてボールを用いた運動案内装置1について説明を行った。次に説明する第2の実施形態に係る運動案内装置は、第1の実施形態とは異なる形態を有する実施例について説明を行うものである。なお、上述した第1の実施形態の場合と同一又は類似する部材については、同一符号を付して説明を省略する。
Claims (4)
- 長手方向に沿って転動体転走面が形成された軌道部材と、
前記軌道部材に対して複数の転動体を介して往復移動可能に組みつけられるとともに、
前記転動体転走面と対向して負荷転動体転走路を構成する負荷転動体転走面と
前記負荷転動体転走路と略並行に形成された転動体戻し路を有する移動部材と
前記負荷転動体転走路と前記転動体戻し路の両端を連絡し、無限循環路を形成する一対の方向転換路を有する蓋体と、を備え、
前記移動部材の往復移動方向の両端面につば部が形成された運動案内装置において、
前記転動体戻し路を被覆すると共に前記つば部が一体に形成された樹脂部材が前記移動部材に一体に形成され、
前記つば部は前記移動部材の端部側に形成された嵌合部を備え、
前記嵌合部は、少なくとも前記方向転換路の内周側を形成する方向転換路構成部材が組みつけられ、
前記方向転換路構成部材は、食い切り面上に組みつけられることを特徴とする運動案内装置。 - 請求項1に記載の運動案内装置において、
前記方向転換路の一方は前記負荷転動体転走路と接続し、他方はつば部を介して前記転動体戻し路と接続していることを特徴とする運動案内装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の運動案内装置において、
前記方向転換路構成部材は、前記負荷転動体転走路と連続する位置に転動体戻し路方向に凹んだ凹溝が形成されていることを特徴とする運動案内装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の運動案内装置において、
前記無限循環路は複数条形成され、前記移動部材の一端側に組みつけられる方向転換路構成部材は、
少なくとも隣り合う方向転換路構成部材同士を一体に形成する板体を備えることを特徴とする運動案内装置。
