Claims (9)
- 소정의 흐름 방향으로 기상의 제 2 흐름 매체를 이송하고 소정의 단면적 및 소정의 수력학적 직경을 갖는 흐름 도관을 포함하는 조립체에서, 상기 흐름 도관 내의 상기 제 2 흐름 매체 내로 제 1 흐름 매체를 도입하여 상기 흐름 매체들을 혼합시키기 위한 조합형 공급 및 혼합 장치로서,m²의 단면적 당 0.05 내지 10개의 공급 오리피스를 갖추고 있고 제 1 흐름 매체를 이송하는 하나 이상의 관과,상기 소정의 흐름 방향에서 상기 공급 오리피스의 하류에 배치되어 있고 상기 공급 오리피스로부터 상기 소정의 수력학적 직경의 0.05 내지 3배의 거리만큼 이격되어 있는 혼합 삽입물을 포함하며,상기 혼합 삽입물은 상기 수력학적 직경 보다 작고 상기 소정의 흐름 방향에 대해 각을 이루는 평면에 상호 평행한 열로 배치된 혼합 부재를 포함하며,상기 각각의 열에서의 상기 혼합 부재는 서로 동일한 방향으로 그리고 인접한 열의 상기 혼합 부재에 대해 반대 방향으로 평면에 대해 기울어져 있는 조합형 공급 및 혼합 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 관은 m²의 단면적 당 0.1 내지 1개의 공급 오리피스를 갖추고 있는 조합형 공급 및 혼합 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합 삽입물과 상기 공급 오리피스 사이의 거리는 상기 소정의 수력학적 직경의 0.1 내지 1배인 조합형 공급 및 혼합 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 관은 m²의 단면적 당 0.05 내지 5개의 관을 갖추고 있는 조합형 공급 및 혼합장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 관은 m²의 단면적 당 0.1 내지 1개의 관을 갖추고 있는 조합형 공급 및 혼합 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 흐름 매체의 흐름 방향으로 볼 때, 상기 공급 오리피스와 상기 혼합 삽입물의 상류에 배치된 흐름 배플 부재를 더 포함하는 조합형 공급 및 혼합 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합 삽입물은 m²의 단면적 당 0.5 내지 50개의 상기 혼합 부재를 갖추고 있는 조합형 공급 및 혼합 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 흐름 도관을 부분 도관으로 분할하는 삽입물을 더 포함하며, 상기 공급 오리피스 중 어느 하나와 상기 혼합 삽입물 중 어느 하나가 각각의 상기 부분 도관에 배치되어 있는 조합형 공급 및 혼합 장치.
- 가스를 혼합하는 방법으로서,소정의 단면적과 소정의 수력학적 직경을 갖는 흐름 도관에서 소정의 방향으로 질소-산화물 함유 가스를 이송시키는 단계와,상기 흐름 도관에 배치된 하나 이상의 관의 일단부에 m²의 단면적 당 0.05 내지 10개의 공급 오리피스를 제공하는 단계와,소정의 흐름 방향에서 상기 공급 오리피스의 하류에 혼합 부재를 갖추고 있고 상기 공급 오리피스로부터 상기 소정의 수력학적 직경의 0.05 내지 3배의 거리 만큼 이격된 혼합 삽입물을 제공하는 단계와,상기 혼합 부재를 상기 소정의 흐름 방향에 대해 각을 이루는 평면에 상호 평행한 열로 배치하고, 상호 평행한 열의 상기 혼합 부재를 서로 동일한 방향으로 그리고 인접한 열의 상기 혼합 부재에 대해 반대 방향으로 평면에 대해 기울어지도록 배치하는 단계와, 그리고상기 혼합 삽입물 내에서 상기 질소-산화물 함유 가스와 기상 암모니아 흐름을 혼합하기 위해 상기 하나 이상의 관에 상기 기상 암모니아 흐름을 도입하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
